Where will I find the TNT, Raft, and the Pickaxe?

raft- cavern lake-knock down frozen tree
Pickaxes- open door of doom- get there by the underground dam
TNT- final tool- after sled run

WHERE do I find the raft, pickaxe and the TNT?

The raft will be given to you in the snowy mountains by the professor guy(cant remember the specific level) and the pickaxe will also be given to you in the snowy mountains. Nicole will give it to you. both are given at when you complete levels, there's no trick to it. As for the TNT im lookin for that myself.

Where do you find the pick-axe and TNT...?

You get the pickaxes after the Scorpion Temple, and the TNT after the shrine at the end of the Mountain Sled Run.
