Unlock Askua (Cool Girl-JPN Toy Line):

Using a Takara character complete the game.

Unlock Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid):

Using a Konami character complete the game.

Unlock ManjiMaru (Far East of Eden):

Using a Hudson character complete the game.

Unlock Bimbokami (Momotaro Densetsu Series):

Using ALL Hudson characters including ManjiMaru complete the game.

Unlock Megatron (Transformers):

Using ALL Takara characters including Askua complete the game.

Unlock Moa (Gradius Series):

Complete game with ALL Konami characters, including Snake.
