~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                             2vershstry
~ Version 1.5 - March 2012 ~
Decided to update this, despite the age of the game. I looked at my older
version and I realized some parts sound pretty immature (I was 14 when I wrote
this) so I decided to modernize it with my more current knowledge. Boktai
Sidequest and "How to get rid of Panic Music" have been removed. I wonder how I
typed all this because it takes forever to read. I guarantee you: this is not
false modesty.
~ Version 1.4 - September 23, 2007 ~
Decided to put back Game Controls but placed in the Introduction section. Added
new sub-sections: Standard, Mega, Giga, and PA sections. New sections added:
Navi Cust Guide, Boss Guide, Virus Battle FAQ. The Request BBS Guide became its
own section.
~ Version 1.3 - July 31, 2007 ~
Removed Game Controls and Pet Screen section. Updated Introduction, Beast Out
and Cross System, and Link Navis section. The Walkthrough has expanded.
~ Version 1.2 - July 11, 2007 ~
New section: "How to get rid of Panic Music". And corrected some errors...
~ June 17, 2007 ~
My 15th birthday.
~ Version 1.15 - January 2, 2007 ~
I've started working on the Walkthrough and added a new section "Passwords/
Secrets".
~ Version 1.1 - August 9, 2006 ~
I decided to add a new section "Sidequests". I also added the Falzar crosses
and Beast Out to the Beast Out & Cross System section.
~ Version 1.0 - July 27, 2006 ~
The day this guide is submitted and came to existence to the internet.
~ June ?, 2006 ~
Purchased the game! Cybeast Gregar :)
Welcome to my FAQ/Walkthrough! I've worked really hard on this and made sure
everything looks nice. I'll admit that I take pride in creating this :D Even
the smallest errors bother me so I can secretly update this guide with one tiny
change... I'm such a neat freak D:
Let's review shall we? You may be new to the series completely, OR you've
continued from the past Battle Network games and decided to play this one
as a fan. This game has some old, familiar features and some new, useful ones.
Check them out and you may learn something new.
-----------------
| Game Controls |
-----------------
Learn the basics. How can you play without them?
~ Overworld Controls ~
Control Pad (+) - Walk/move around; Scroll
A Button - Talk to people; Examine; Confirm an option
B Button - Run (hold down); Cancel an option
L Button - Talk to Megaman (Real World); Talk to Lan (Internet); Scroll up
R Button - Jack In/Out*; Scroll down
Start - Access the menu; known as the PET Screen
Select - Set regular chip; skip cutscene
* "Jack In" sounds so silly so I'll refer it as "Plug In" *
~ In-Battle Controls ~
Control Pad (+) - Select chips from custom screen; Move around battlefield
Control Pad Up - Cross Select* (This will be available later in the game)
A Button - Select battle chip on custom screen; Use battle chip
B Button - Shoot megabuster; chargeshot (hold down)
L Button - Flee from battle; View custom screen when custom gauge is full
R Button - Displays description of battle chip; View custom screen when custom
           gauge is full
Start - Jump to "OK" button on custom screen; Pause battle
Select - View the paused battle while on the custom screen
*Crosses are the new "Souls". You will no longer need to sacrifice a chip :D
~ Navi Customizer Controls ~
Control Pad (+) - Cursor
A Button - Use program; Install program on memory map
B Button - Back; Cancel NaviCust
Start - Jump to "RUN!" option
Select - Remove all installed programs
------------------------
| Folder Editing Rules |
------------------------
When building a folder, you must have 30 chips. However, you can only put a
certain number of chips of the same name, depending on the data size in a
folder at one time:
---------------------------
| Data Size  |  Max Chips |
---------------------------
 0-19 MB           5
20-29 MB           4
30-39 MB           3
40-49 MB           2
50-99 MB           1
Like always, you can only put up to five megachips and one gigachip in each
folder. However, you can always change that by installing certain programs.
-----------------
| Regular Chips |
-----------------
Like the previous EXE games, regular chips always appear first thing in the
chip select on the custom screen. They can be very useful for setting up a
strategy. In the folder, move the cursor over the chip you want to designate as
a regular chip and press Select. If a green border appears around the chip,
that means it has been designated as a regular chip. Note that not every chip
can be designated.
If the chip's data size is larger than the amount of remaining regular memory,
you won't be able to designate the chip as a regular chip. You can increase the
amount of regular memory by gathering Regular Upgrades (RegUP) from BMDs.
-------------
| Tag Chips |
-------------
This is a useful new feature in EXE 6. Tagging chips lets you select two chips
to always appear in your chip select on the custom screen. Another words, when
one of the chips you tagged appears on the custom screen, the next tag chip
will always appear next to it. Very useful for combos.
To tag chips, highlight a chip and press Select to designate it as a tag chip,
then select the second chip and press Select again. The combined memory of
the two chips cannot exceed 60 MB.
----------------------------
| Battle Chip/Area Removal |
----------------------------
Capcom had removed some battle chips from the US version...
~ Removed battle chips: ~
-------------------------
- Django, V2, V3: Django rides his motorcycle across the row. Input a command
                  and he'll slash the nearest enemy. Mega chips.
- Hakushaku, EX, SP: The Count draws out rain of blood, followed up by bloody
                     spikes that pop up from random panels. Mega chips.
- GunDelSol EX: If you've used this chip in EXE 4 and 5, you're quite familar
                with this. A Secret-Standard chip.
- Otenko: If you've used this chip in EXE 4 and 5, you're quite familar with
          this. A Secret-Standard chip.
- Double Beast: Gregar and Falzar Beast Out attack together. Why the hell did
                they remove this chip??? A Secret-Mega chip.
- Gregar and Falzar: The actual Cybeast attacks. A Secret-Giga chip.
You may find some of these chips (not all) from Gold Mystery Datas. Don't keep
your hopes up because they won't work and freeze your game. The Django chips
will not work separately but you can still use its PA. GunDelSol EX, Otenko,
and DoubleBeast are the only individual chips that work fine but I'm not sure
if you can get them via Gold Mystery Datas.
~ Removed Internet Areas: ~
---------------------------
- Undernet 3         - Graveyard Area 1         - Immortal Area
~ Other Features ~
------------------
- The map feature (I don't understand why they removed such a useful feature...
                   They say they removed the above Internet Areas because of
                   this removal but I want to know why they removed the maps to
                   begin with...)
- Boktai Sidequest
- Boktai Crossover mini-game
- Beast Link Gate
Because of this, I've played the Japanese Version through emulator. America
always screw up things created by Japan for some reason.
Key, Legend, whatever you want to call it. Just some simple notes.
GMD ~ Green Mystery Data. Green diamonds that spin. Randomly appear each time
      you plug in.
BMD ~ Blue Mystery Data. Blue diamonds that spin. Remains in its spot until you
      pick it up.
PMD ~ Purple Mystery Data. Purple diamonds that spin. Must be unlocked through
      the use of the SubChip "Unlocker".
Blues ~ Protoman's original name. I may sometimes refer to Blues or Protoman.
Aquaman ~ I prefer this name over Spoutman. They used this name in EXE 4 but
          now Capcom wanted to go by its americanized name...
Killerman ~ I prefer this name over the horribly dubbed Eraseman.
Black navi ~ the new evil looking navis that have spiky mohawks. They've
             replaced the purple Heel navis :(
As always, the game begins with someone saying what year it is and blah blah.
And what do we know, we already have a plot twist. Lan is going to move to a
new city called Cyber City. (Think of it like EXE 3 when Dex was moving). Lan
is scared to tell everyone in class. The next scene changes to where his
classmates are in front of his house. Mom and Dad are outside too. Turns out
Yuichiro (Lan's dad) has a new job at Cyber City and they need him.
~ Lan's Bedroom ~
You start off in your room at your new house. When you gain control of Lan,
leave the room and talk to mommy and daddy. Afterwards, exit the house and
explore the brand new Central Town
~ Central Town ~
For the first time, we don't hear the same old ACDC Town theme. It's nice to
have some changes. Now we must talk to everyone in the background to continue
the storyline. (For new players, you may learn something new as each person
gives out some basic information). Now go trigger our first cutscene, where a
robotic dog is attempting to attack a girl. Press R to plug into the RoboDog.
As usual, we must start off with some tutorial battles...
---------------                           -------------------
( BMDs to get )                           | Virus Battle    |
---------------                           -------------------
 - 600 Zennys                             Mettaur (x3) 40 HP (3 battles)
Battle 1 is about the controls.
Battle 2 is about combos and chip codes.
Battle 3 is about the Emotion Window.
Same shit, different day.
Once it's over the dog reverts back to normal and the girl thanks you, feeling
embarrassed :/ (Notice her sprite is much different from the other characters.
This means she's an important character and you'll be seeing her later on). If
you haven't finished talking to everyone, now is the time. After talking to the
last person, you will receive an e-mail from daddy that your PC is ready.
Before we go, plug back into the dog to grab a BMD that contains 600 Zennys.
Plug out, return home and plug into your PC in your room.
~ Lan's HP ~
Nice HP right? We even have a program that receives e-mails from friends. New
stuff is awesome. Move forward to warp to Central 1.
~ Central Area 1 ~
---------------
( BMDs to get )
---------------
 - Mini Energy
Talk to every navi you see in the area.
(From here to the end of this #4 Walkthrough section, this is my 2006-2007
self's work. I'm still updating this so be prepared for some silly flaming...)
Talk to everyone around for some info. Get a Reflector 1 chip from battle to
open the door to Central Area 2.
~ Central Area 2 ~
In this area, you'll see a net dealer. Shown below is his stuff being sold:
-------------------------------------------
|          Net Dealer                     |
-------------------------------------------
HP Memory   - 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 Zenny
Spreader 1 L - 600 Zenny
Recovery 30  * - 1000 Zenny
Tank Cannon 1 R - 2400 Zenny
YoYo     L - 4600 Zenny
-------------------------------------------
Hmm, right now it's impossible to buy anything this early in the game. I
suggest you move on, unless you want to fight a bunch a viruses for money, but
that's not worth our time.
----------------
( BMDs to get )
----------------
 - RegUp2
 - Copy Damage *
Talk to everyone, then speak to the normal navi in front of a purple door to
Central Area 3. The door's locked, so all you have left to do is explore or go
to bed.
~ Cyber Academy ~
The next morning, head to school. A cutscene appears. A bunch of security bots
appear and ask for your Student ID. They tell you that you'll be arrested with-
out one. Some welcome that is... It's stupid, isn't it? Then, your new teacher
stops the security bots. After the cutscene, head through the left gate and
into the Teacher's Room. Talk to your new teacher, Joe Mach, to get your
Student ID. Use the ID to enter the right gate. Go through the 1F hall and up
the steps. Enter Room 6-1 on the 2F hall to enter your classroom.
Lan will introduce himself to his class and go to his seat. Wait until the cut-
scene's over...
---------------
( BMDs to get )
---------------
 - RegUp1
 - Thunder Ball * chip
 - 700 Zenny
Examine the information board right of the blackboard for a RegUp1. Talk to
everyone in class, then get ready to start virus busting class.
Mick's navi wants to test your skills so he changes the viruses...
----------------
| Virus Battle |
----------------
Old Stove x2 80 HP
After the battle, collect two BMDs: Thunder Ball * and 700 Zenny. Plug out and
you'll see a cutscene of Mick and his navi talking. Mick's navi leaves and a
new navi name Blastman appears in his PET. They plan on getting revenge on Lan.
After the cutscene, you get learn what that doll thing does. This "doll" is
called a Copybot. This allows your navi to walk to the human world! Now Megaman
gets the chance to walk around the human world. Talk to everyone in class to
move on. Then, Mick starts his plan and security bots start busting in. With
Blastman controlling the bots, your class will be burned down. Head to the
Copybot to send Megaman to stop the fire.
While playing as Megaman, run down to the 1F Hall and talk to the kid with the
Bucket on his head to take it. Return to Class 6-1 and Megaman will throw the
water on the bots to cool them down.
Talk to Mr. Mach to get the Teacher ID. Head to the Teacher's Room to start a
cutscene of teachers in trouble. You will be automatically plugged in to the
RoboControlComp.
~ Robo Control Comp 1 ~
When in the comp, you have to find three Mr. Progs. Cool them down with your
new Water Data in order to clear the flames to Robo Control Comp 2. Making this
more harder are the periodic firestorms that sweep through the area.
---------------                             ---------------
( BMDs to get )                             ( GMDs to get )
---------------                             ---------------
 - Spreader 1 M                               - Cannon C (not worth it)
 - HP Memory
When you see little embers floating through the air, a rain of fireballs is
going to come in the direction the wind is blowing. Quickly get behind one of
the large steel cubes, or you get burned for 10 HP. Stay directly behind the
cube; move too far away and you will still get burned. If you're emulating, it
can be hard to tell where the flames are coming from so be careful.
You can go and pick up a Cannon C battle chip from a GMD, but let's say it
isn't worth it since you can get its asterisk code in the next area.
(Note: you can cancel out an incoming firestorm by approaching a flaming Mr.
Prog and pressing the A button before the flames come out)
~ Robo Control Comp 2 ~
When you arrive to Robo Control Comp 2, a cutscene will start with Megaman
being engulfed with flames.
You will play as Lan again. Keep talking to Mick until he tells you where his
navi might be. Head to the small monitor flashing orange. Examine it and Mick's
navi helps out, cooling down the flames surrounding Megaman so you can move on.
Saving is recommended.
Find four more Mr. Progs in the area. Once all Mr. Progs are cooled down, go
get the Cannon chip since it has an asterisk code. You can now use the Giga
Cannon PA.
Now head to the main system that was previously blocked by fire, and fight him.
////Blastman.exe////
////////////////////
HP: 400
Difficulty: Easy
Strategy
--------
Blastman will always have steel cubes during battle. They cannot be destroyed
but they are useful to dodge his attacks. The only way to get rid of these
cubes is by Dust Cross' vacuum effect. Blastman's a Fire-type navi so use Aqua
attacks for double damage.
Attacks
-------
Blast Fire ~ Just like moving through the RoboControlComp, watch out for flying
             embers and get behind a steel cube.
Smoke Bomb ~ Blastman "throws" smoke across the field.
Blast Twister ~ A flaming tornado covering up to three panels forward. It goes
                through steel cubes, making them not so safe to hide behind.
~ Prizes ~
After the battle, the school goes back to normal. Then, Lan will receive
 - Blastman B chip
Befor you head home, plug into room 6-2 for RegUp2. As for EnrgBomb K, plug
into room 1-1 to get that and FullEnrg. Now head home and log into the net.
Make sure to check your mail to get Roll R megachip. Head to Central Area 2.
On the main path, there's one square in the shadowy area that Megaman can't
walk through; examine it to get the KeyData. Now you can enter Central Area 3.
Before moving on, if you go off the main path, you will see a dead end near a
square. Head to the end to fight BlastmanEX. If you win you get the Blastman B
megachip. When done, head to Central Area 3.
~ Central Area 3 ~
---------------
( BMDs to get )
---------------
 - Hi-Cannon L
Before you do anything else, head to the path that goes up. Pick up the BMD
that contains Hi-Cannon L. Then, head for the two Cybeast statues at the north
end of Central Area 3 and examine them. You'll learn about the Cybeast legend.
When done, plug out to go to bed.
With Blastman gone and Central Area 3 explored, a new school day starts...
~ After school ~
Several things have popped up that have nothing to do with this chapter. These
opportunities will still be around in later chapters, but this is the first
time they are available.
----------------
( Items to get )
----------------
 - Double Shot C chip
 - Sub Memory
If you go to Classroom 1-2, a little girl in the back of the room is looking
for an Energy Bomb K chip. If you have one in your pack (not your folder), she
gives you a Double Shot C chip in exchange.
Plug into the net. In Central Area 1, you'll see a blue navi running back and
forth. It may not mean anything but it will matter later on. Now head to
Central Area 2. 'Member the square near the area we fought Blastman EX? There's
a black navi there. The viruses he sends are considerably tougher than anything
you've faced yet, so if I were you, I'd save.
----------------
| Virus Battle |
----------------
- Mettaur 2 80 HP
- Shaker 110 HP
- Shooter 140 HP
Beat the viruses to obtain a Sub Memory, increasing your maximum of subchips.
Now head to Central Area 3. Go to the northeastern area to see a pink navi in
front of a wet floor. Talk to her. The Seaside Area is being blocked, so head
back to Central Area 1 (plug out and back in if you want).
Remember the blue navi that was running back and forth? Talk to him. Seems he
left his Tool Program at a home in Central Town. Plug out and head to the
bathroom. Talk to your mom, she says the toilet's broken even when a repairman
came to fix it. You know what that means correct? Plug into the toilet.
Welcome to your toilet. Anyways you'll see a Mettaur with a plunger on its
head... That would be the ToolProgram. Anyways, you will obviously have to win
back the so called "Tool Program".
----------------
| Virus Battle |
----------------
- Mettaur 40 HP
- Mettaur 2 80 HP
- Mettaur 3 120 HP
* Sometimes the Mettaur 3 virus will use Invisibility. I'm not sure. *
After taking them out, you receive the Tool Program and receive a call from the
repairman's operator. Tell him you have the Tool Program. After plugging out,
plug back into the toilet to get the Unlocker subchip from the BMD. Now head to
Central Area 3.
Talk to the blue navi - repairman and that will have you giving him the Tool
Program. (I don't see how a plunger cleans up a wet floor... Maybe it could?)
Next comes a sudden earthquake... Those must be the net quakes the e-mail was
talking about. Anyways, you can now go to Seaside Area.
~ Seaside Area 1 ~
---------------
( BMDs to get )
---------------
 - White Capsule *
 - Double Shot *
 - HP Memory
If you head straight, you'll see an intersection. Skip that and keep moving
across. Follow the path for a warp panel. You should be in the Stuff Toy Shop
Comp. Grab your BMDs and head back to the intersection. You can fight Swordy
viruses in the Seaside Area so beat them for the Long Sword S chip. That way
you can perform the Life Sword PA.
Anyways like I said, head back to the intersection. You should be heading north
of the intersection. Encircle the path to lead yourself to another warp panel.
Go there, you'll be in the lower area of Seaside Area.
If you head north, you'll see a water-wall-thingamajing. Right now, it's
impossible to open that. But what I really want to tell you is start from
there. If you move a few steps south, you'll see the warp panel you just came
from. Go under it. Then try moving up, you'll end up in an invisible path.
Follow it and you'll see a BMD that contains an HP Memory.
Now head back to the visible path, and go left. You'll see a BBS board. Now
examine it for a cutscene. You'll learn the Aquarium at Seaside Town's missing
a penguin. Head back to Cyber Academy and talk to Mick. When done, leave the
school.
See the tall purple thing with a picture of a bus with wings? The Lev Bus. Go
there for a cutscene to occur. After that, you will be sent to Seaside Town.
and that makes Mick have to spend more time with mr. penguin. Now head home to
go to bed.
The next day you will receive mail. You have received the Navi
Customizer. Now for the love of Christ, please pay attention to the Navi Cust
setup. It's annoying when I get complaints on why their Megamans are glitching.
Now then, head to the Aquarium. Talk to Mick so you can go inside the Aquarium.
~ Aquarium ~
A cutscene occurs. The director of the Aquarium sees "Plata", the penguin's
name, and you return him. In return, we get to explore the place for free.
Examine the voice guides "white machines" to move on. As for the tanks without
the voice guides, just examine them normally so we can move on.
Before watching the show, plug into the large monitor. You will be in the
Aquarium HP.
----------------
( Items to get )
----------------
 - HP Memory
 - Geddon A / Panel Return */ both
You see the normal navi next to the HP Memory? He wants to trade you a Geddon A
for a PnlRetrn * chip. Unfortunetly, you don't have it. If you want to trade,
head to Seaside Area 2 to find the Panel Return * chip from a BMD. Now plug out
and back in to trade him the chip. Watch the show after this.
After the show, you see the green and orange trash thingy? Examine it for a
RegUp1. Now head to the Levitation Bus station.
Uh-oh, the animal cages have been unlocked and the animals are scattered
everywhere, including the alligators...
Mehehe, if you head to the entrance of the whale, you'll see an old man and a
kid. Unfortunetly, that's how fast the old man can go, hehe...
Anyways, head to the Penguin cage. Mick's protecting the penguins from an
alligator. (So he does care about Plata...) Then you'll see the director being
surrounded by another alligator. He will tell you to activate the "feeding
time" chime to have the animals get back into their cages. Go to the main
computer, which is behind the admin desk.
There's a big fat seal blocking the doorway to the main computer so you need
his toy ball to move him out of the way. The ball happens to be in the water,
but the water's full of jellyfish which makes us screwed...
Now go back to the admin desk. Go downstairs for a cutscene.
Remember the girl we saved from the Robo Dog? She is mysterious, so
watch her do a magic trick =P
Now go outside and you'll see her on top of the Aquarium building. Wow, she is
mysterious. She will point west for some odd reason. After the cutscene, follow
the area she was pointing and you will see a Copybot. On your way there, you
can see the old man hardly moved, HA. Anyways after seeing that copybot, you
should know what that means. Transfer into the Copybot, and head to the water
full of jellyfish. Wow, it feels a lot better playing as Megaman in the real
world doesn't it? Ok, grab the ball and give it to Fatty, er...Fanny.
Go inside the room and you'll see the pirate-looking guy. He introduces himself
as Captain Blackbeard, the one who caused all this madness. Lan will plug into
the Aquarium Comp.
 - HP Memory
Welcome to the most annoying mini-game in EXE 6... You see those big tanks? We
have to gather fish programs and return them to their proper tanks. Hm? Easy
you say? When you have a fish prog in your possession, shark programs will
appear and roam around the area. If they get too close, they'll eat the prog
that's with you, and returns them from where you found them.
You can always press L to call Lan to find the answers in the real world, but
that's not needed since the answers are below.
For the first prog, go to the right wall that's past the BMD. This one says it
remembers eating a whole cow. That must belong to the Piranha tank.
The next one's on the right side of the area just past the long path. It has a
stubby tail, so therefore, it belongs to th Sunfish tank. Weird lookin' fish.
The last prog should be at the very end of the maze. He goes into the Tropical
Fish tank.
Advance into the next area, Aquarium Comp 2.
The first prog is found about directly northwest from the tanks. This one says
that it's as steady as a rock, so that makes him a turtle.
Head southeast from the starting point to find our next Prog. This one's a
Nautilus.
The last prog is straight back from the entrance. Obviously, he goes in the
King Crab tank since it's the only tank left.
Head to Aquarium Comp 3.
 - HP +50 (NCP)
 - Hi-Cannon M
Ugh, four tanks this time. This is the last area so let's get this over with...
The first prog's across a bridge west of the HP +50. Yup, a shark program pop
up on that path. But don't worry. You can hide into the little corners and
you'll end up to the bridge again. Just make sure the fish prog's not near the
path. Now take it to the Penguin tank. (It thought it could fly...)
The next prog is next to the Hi-Cannon BMD. This one belongs to the Elephant
Seal tank.
Head southeast after leaving the tanks and you'll find the next prog. He's like
a lizard, so he goes into the Alligator tank.
The last prog's southern part of the area. He belongs to the Dolphin tank.
You should know what the little skull tile means. The next boss is ahead. Save.
Megaman will activate the "Feeding Time" chime, thus getting all the animals
back to their own cages. Everything is restored, but Blackbeard is gone. Head
to where Mick is. Blackbeard has Mick hostage. He mentions about his connection
with "the organization". He tries forcing Lan to open up the cages again.
Then Plata and Fatty attack Blackbeard O_o
The director thanks Lan for everything. Plata doesn't seem to want to leave
Mick's side, so Mick plays a little trick on the penguin. He tricks Plata in
believing Blackbeard has escaped, but instead we see the stupid fat kid from
EXE 5. When the screen rolls backs, you'll see that Lan and Mick has left.
Meanwhile, some black navi reports some mystery person about Blackbeard's
failure. Head home and go to bed.
After beating Bass, he disappears and a key is standing. Megaman will pick up
gets you an NCP, AttackMAX.
To get to the Graveyard Area, go to Undernet 2 and up to the floor where the
have the Gregar / Falzar Icon on your start screen and at least 100 Standard
chips in your Library. Continue on to the Graveyard Area.
the BatKey and you'll get an AttackMAX. Now continue on another pink door. To
open it, it requires the STD Icon on your start screen. In other words, you
must collect all 200 Standard chips.
After you collect them, open the door and save your game. Now head to the large
tombstone that looks the same as the one from Undernet Zero.
Examine it, the tombstone is blank. Suddenly, Bass appears saying that
tombstomb will be Megaman's. Now you must fight Bass again in his SP form.
/////////////////
////Gregar SP//// (If your playing Gregar)
/////////////////
HP: 4000
Difficulty: Super Hard
Attacks ~
Beast Pressure ~
Gregar's most common move is to leap high in the air then come crasing down,
dropping a pair of rocks into your field. One of those rocks is always focused
on your current panel, so keep moving. He performs this move twice, then brings
out one of his other attacks. When his HP gets low, Gregar occasionally changes
this move up by roaring, then charging across the row. Once he hits the far
edge, he drops a bunch of rocks on your head, forcing you to keep moving.
Despite his size, he only attacks a single row.
Burning Breath ~
There's not much more warning to this attack than the flash of your panels. Get
to the upper or lower-right corner FAST, as Gregar's about to unleash a massive
wall of fire. He doesn't move during this attack, letting you attack freely. If
you're fast, he's vulnerable to counters for a VERY brief moment at the begin-
ning of the attack. If you get hit, you'll enter Angry mode.
Big Thunder ~
Watch for Gregar's mane to start sparking. When it does, he's about to unleash
a bolt of electric energy that consumes your entire right column and blasts
across the row. Sidestep fast. He's immobile during this attack, so hit him
anything you have. If you're super-fast, he's vulnerable to counters for a VERY
brief moment at the start of his attack, but hitting him without an auto-
targeting move is tricky. If you get hit, not only will you get paralyzed but
Angry as well.
Flying Gregar Claw ~
This two-stage attack effectively cuts through your right two columns. To make
matters worse, each hit destroys any chips you have waiting to be used. The
sheer speed of the attack leaves you very little time to react. If you're in
the middle column, you have a brief second to backstep while the first claw
tears up the rightmost column. Gregar always follows this attack up with the
Gregar Fang.
Gregar Fang ~
After the Flying Gregar Claw, Gregar sends his great big head screaming
diagonally down onto the panel you are at. ALWAYS move vertically to dodge;
even though only the panel you were on is flashing, Gregar swoops low enough
to hit you should you try to dodge by moving forward.
Gatling Tail ~
Gregar fires off his tail-tip repeatedly, pounding the column you're in at the
start of the attack. It can be hard to distinguish this from the Beast Pressure
rock-drop at first, so always move around when you see the single panel flash.
Once he starts firing, the shots follow where you're moving, which can get
really annoying.
HP: 3200
Difficulty: Super Hard
Attacks ~
Sonic Wave ~
Falzar sends a whirlwind across the targeted row, which ends in a three-panel-
wide spread. If you're close up, this is not a terribly hard move to to dodge,
but its speed can prove tricky. Falzar is very vulnerable to attack during this
time, so make it count. This attack also crushes barriers. This is the ONLY
time Falzar is vulnerable to a counter. Deals Wind damage.
Feather Strike ~
The strikes from Falzar's feathers aimed directly at you are annoying enough.
Making dodging even more difficult for you, Falzar sends a wind through the
area which periodically pushes you backwards. Try to keep moving. He hurls
feathers into the arena before stopping. These feathers can break through
barriers, so watch out. To make things even more annoying, Falzar stays out of
attack range all through this move.
Firebird Breath ~
Falzar releases three fireballs that unleash a load of firebirds that streak
across your current row. Sidestepping the firebirds can be tricky so don't
bother. The megabuster (if you have the Speed level upped, at least) is very
effective; just stand in place and hit the button repeatedly to fire a string
of shots that destroy the birds. Vulcan chips are doubly nice here, since their
splash effect means Falzar takes some damage as well. This attack does Fire
damage.
Claw Shot ~
Possibly his quickest move, Falzar drops numerous claws onto the back two
columns of your area. You only have a brief moment to run to the front once you
see the flash. Even though there's a safe zone during this move, Falzar floats
high and out of your attack range for the duration. Be ready to attack him with
an auto-aiming attack as soon as the attack stops.
Beast Hurricane ~
This move only comes out once Falzar's HP starts to drop. When he disappears
from the screen, get to the lower row FAST. Falzar comes screaming across the
top 2 rows, and follows up by going through the bottom two rows in the opposite
direction. Get caught in this, and it destroys your next chip waiting to be
used.
After the credits, you'll see a scene saying you "Thank You For Playing!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                              6beastcrss
-------------
6a) Beast Out
-------------
6beastout

After obtaining this ability, you can press the Cybeast Button from the custom
screen and Megaman will go "Beast Out". With this ability, Megaman gets to use
the Cybeast's power. Like Soul Unison from EXE 4 and 5, it has a 3-turn limit
which is displayed next to the emotion window also called Emotion Points. After
using Beast Out, the amount of points aren't resetted after entering another
battle so they must be recovered by avoiding usage of Beast Out or plugging
out. Full-Synchro is still possible while in Beast Out. When three turns are
up, Megaman will enter Tired mode, which prevents you from entering
Full-Synchro and Angry mode.

~ Gregar Beast Out ~

- Megaman has Super Armor so he won't flinch/stun.
- Enemies are automatically targeted so Megaman will immediately warp to the
  enemy with chips that don't freeze time.
- Elementless chips that don't freeze time gain +30.
- You can charge them up instead to use Gregar Claw which does a Long Sword
  followed up with a Wide Sword ranged attack. [2 slashes of 50+(Attack x 10)]
- You can hold down B to use the Gregar Buster. It fires at sexy speed.

~ Falzar Beast Out ~

- Megaman has Float Shoes and Air Shoes, ignoring panel effects.
- Enemies are automatically targeted so Megaman will immediately warp to the
  enemy with chips that don't freeze time.
- Elementless chips that don't freeze time gain +30.
- You can charge them up instead to use Falzar Claw which does a Long Sword
  followed up with a Wide Sword ranged attack. [2 slashes of 50+(Attack x 10)]
- You can hold down B to use the Falzar Buster. Each other row are fired two
  panels across too.

--------------
6b) Beast Over
--------------
6beastover

Beast Over is activated when pressing the Cybeast Button with zero Emotion
Points. In this mode, Megaman is in a berserk state (which means you have no
control over him) but gains invincibility and uses chips automatically (similar
to Dark Soul from EXE 4 and 5). When the next turn rolls, Beast Over
automatically ends and the custom screen opens automatically. Megaman has
entered Very Tired mode, a mode in which you're practically screwed. The buster
stats are resetted and your HP drops rapidly. You cannot perform Full-Sync &
Angry mode and you can no longer activate any Crosses. If you have good
battling skills, you shouldn't have to rely on Beast Over (In fact, you should
have already finished the enemy before Beast Out expires).

----------------
6c) Cross System
----------------
6crossytem

Similar to Soul Unison from EXE 4 and 5, but better. If you have gained a Cross
ability from your link navi, you can press Up in the custom screen to activate
a Cross. Crosses have no limit in turns, unlike Soul Unison's 3-turn usage. You
can also combine a Cross with Beast Out to become a Cross Beast. Cross Beast
occurs when MegaMan activates Beast Out while in a Cross or vice versa. The
effects of Beast Out and the Cross still apply (which means it will deduct
emotion points from Megaman). While a Cross Beast, you can charge elementless
chips that don't freeze time to perform a special charge attack. However, every
Cross has a weakness; if you are attacked by its weakness, not only will you
take double damage, that Cross is canceled for the rest of the fight; reverting
to normal Megaman again. While a Cross or Cross Beast, you cannot go Full-Sync.

-----------------------------
~ Falzar Crosses and Beasts ~
-----------------------------

~ Aqua Cross ~

Aqua Soul redone. With additional effects.

  of a Wide Sword. [40+(Attack x 20)] Wind damage.
- Press Left+B to bring enemies to the front row (This can be used to assist
  your chargeshot). Barriers and Auras are removed upon activating.
- Sword attacks will cancel Tengu Cross. Life Sword must be painful :/

~ Tengu Beast ~

- Both Tengu Cross and Falzar Beast Out abilities are applied.
- The B button fires the Falzar Buster.
- Charge an elementless chip to use Tengu Storm - shooting a twister that
  ranges two panels ahead, followed up with a Wide Sword range (It should look
  like a T-shape range). Wind damage. [30+(Attack x 20)] If enemies are caught
  in the Wide Sword area, they take three hits. Otherwise, they take less hits.

Shown below is the range of attack and how many hits they shall take. The
farther the enemy, the better.

# = how many hits anyone in that area will take

Range > [_][_][_][_][_][3]
      > [_][_][M][1][2][3]
      > [_][_][_][_][_][3]

  side randomly.
- Cursor attacks will cancel Ground Cross.

~ Ground Beast ~

- Both Ground Cross and Falzar Beast Out abilities are applied.

  invincibility frames while dealing two hits. Break damage.[90+(Attack x 20)]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Your chargeshot is Scrap Reborn: sending a junk dummy across the row,
  punching the enemy. The panel the target was standing on will crack.
  [50+(Attack x10)] Break damage.
- Press Left+B to vacuum any objects on the field. You can shoot them out onto
  an enemy by tapping B for 200 damage.
- You can discard up to five chips from the custom screen and replace them for
  new chips each turn.
- Cursor attacks will cancel Dust Cross.

~ Dust Beast ~

- Both Dust Cross and Falzar Beast Out abilities are applied.
- The B button fires the Falzar Buster.
- Charge an elementless chip to use Dust Shooting - separately dropping junk
  obstacles into the enemy area, cracking each panel. The range is similar to
  Heat Beast's ranged attack but the panels aren't striked at the same time.
  Break damage. [80+(Attack x 20)]

-----------------------------
~ Gregar Crosses and Beasts ~
-----------------------------

~ Heat Cross ~

- Fire chips that don't freeze time gain +50.
- Attack level goes up +1.
- Your chargeshot is Fire Arm: shooting a flamethrower three panels forward.
  [30+(Attack x 20)] Fire damage.
- Aqua attacks will cancel Heat Cross.

~ Heat Beast ~

- Both Heat Cross and Gregar Beast Out abilites are applied.
- The B button fires the Gregar Buster.

- Your chargeshot is Wide Slash: ranging up to two panels wide. (Wide Sword /
  Life Sword range) [60+(Attack x 20)] Sword damage.

  the row. What an amazing ability.
- Break attacks will cancel Slash Cross.

- Cursor chips gain +30.
- Your chargeshot is Eraser's Delete Beam: piercing through "flashing" enemies.
  Any virus with a digit "4" in its HP are instantly deleted when attacked by
  an elementless chip; Navis are given an HP bug. [40+(Attack x 20)]
- Wind attacks will cancel Killer Cross.

(Random fact: Four is an unlucky number in Japan. It is pronounced "shi", which
 is the same pronunciation as death)

~ Killer Beast ~

- Both Killer Cross and Gregar Beast Out abilities are applied.
- Charge an elementless chip to use Erase Tail Arrow - homing and piercing

- Charge an elementless chip to use Charge Bite - starts off with a growl that
  stuns the enemy to guarantee a Gregar head across the row. [70+(Attack x 30)]

19) Hyper Burst ~ Spreader 1 L-M-N/Spreader 2 A-B-C/Spreader 3 Q-R-S
    Damage - 60 damage x 10 hits
Same effect and range as the Spreader chip but does 10 hits

20) Life Sword ~ Sword - Wide Sword - Long Sword S/L/H
                Sword * - Wide Blade B - Long Blade B
    Danage - 400 damage
Megaman slashes the 2 columns in front of him (3x2 area) dealing Sword damage.

21) Great Yo-Yo  ~ Yo-Yo L-M-N
    Damage - 100 damage x 3 hits/2 hits
Megaman launches a Yo-Yo on all 3 rows 3 panels across. The 3rd column takes 3
hits and the rest of the panels take two hits.

22) Pit Hockey ~ Air Hockey L-M-N
    Damage - 100 damage x (depends on where enemy is standing) hits
Slides an Air Hockey that travels over 18 panels in the enemy area before
disappearing. Break damage. Note that it doesn't fly over panels with holes.

23) Poison Pharaoh ~ Poison Seed - Poison Seed - Anubis P
    Damage - Rapidly drops the enemy's/enemies' HP
A huge purple Pharaohman statue drops in front of Megaman and RAPIDLY drops the
enemy side's HP. The effect lasts as long as it stands.

24) Body Guard ~ Anti Navi - Anti Sword - Anti Damage *
    Damage - 100 damage x 10 hits
This move sets up like Anti Damage. When attacked, the enemy is striked with 10
shurikens doing 100 damage each with Sword damage. Strangely enough, this PA
counts as an obstacle. (confirmed by Asakura Yoh)

Tribute PAs:
-----------
Considering that this game is most likely the last Battle Network game for GBA,
Capcom decided that they will throw in five PAs as a tribute to the previous
games. They all resemble attacks or PAs from the previous games, and are
modified to make sense.

25) Double Hero ~ Wide Blade - Long Blade - Protoman SP B
    Damage - 60 damage x 10 hits
Tribute to Megaman and his lifelong rival, Protoman! This PA was originated in
Battle Network 1. Protoman appears along side Megaman; they both charge up and
shoots and slashes in every area of the enemy side ten times. This PA will
always inflict 60 damage x 10 hits.

26) Darkness / DarkMessiah ~ V-Doll - V-Doll - Bass F / Bass Anomaly F
    Damage - 300 from Gospel Breath, 300 from Dark Sword
Tribute to the Secret PA from Battle Network 2 and the wandering rogue Bass!
Megaman turns completely dark and uses Gospel Breath in the range of Heat
Beast's Great Fire, dealing 300 with Fire damage. Followed up by Bass; charges
up (pretty damn quickly too), then unleashes a Dark Sword slash dealing another
300 with Sword damage.

27) Master Cross ~ Fire Punch 3 - Aqua Needle 3 - Elec Pulse 3 - Risky Honey3 A
    Damage - Depends on where enemy is standing
Tribute to the most coolest PA from Battle Network 3! Megaman splits into 3 of
his Crosses; attacks with each six Crosses inflicting 100 damage for each
one, then the three Crosses charge up and cause a huge explosion that engulfs
the whole enemy field for another 100 damage. Back in Battle Network 2-3,
Megaman used Styles to power himself up; so the PA was really called "Master
Style". Now that Megaman uses Crosses, it has changed into "Master Cross".

28) Sun & Moon ~ Meteors R - Attack+30 * - Uninstall R
    Damage - 40 damage x 5 hits, 200 from BlueMoonRay, 200 from MeteorRedSun
Tribute to Battle Network 4's Red Sun and Blue Moon! Megaman is replaced with
Meteor Red Sun, firing 5 meteors at the 3rd panel ahead, dealing 40 damage per
hit. Then it switches to Blue Moon Ray, shooting a blue laser at the 3rd panel
ahead, destroying any installed NCPs for the rest of the battle, dealing 200
damage. Lastly, it switches back into the Meteor Red Sun and crashes down on
the 3rd panel ahead dealing 200 damage to 3x3 area around the panel it lands,
also cracking all panels. This PA originated from the obtainable Giga-class
chips from Battle Network 4, Meteor Red Sun and Blue Moon Ray.

29) Twin Leaders ~ Protoman SP B - AntiNavi * - Colonel *
                  Colonel SP C - Anti Navi * - Protoman *
    Damage - 200 from Protoman, 200 from Colonel (double if in center of X)
Tribute to Battle Network 5's Team Protoman and Team Colonel! Protoman and
Colonel appear side-by-side and Colonel charges up. Protoman strikes first with
Wide Sword, slicing every enemy around (like his Mega chip), then Colonel uses
uses Cross Divide, doing an X-shaped slash centered on the closest panel on the
the middle row where the enemy could be strucked. If enemy stands in the center
of the X, they take double damage. This P.A. itself behaves identically to the
Secret Chip "Leaders' Raid" in Battle Network 5, which is unobtainable in the
US version, but available in Double Team DS, the DS version of Battle Network 5.

30) Cross Over ~ Django - Django V2 - Django V3 D
    Damage - 360 each from both, 100 from Cross Slash (double if center of X)
A tribute to Django the Solar Boy, from the Boktai series! Megaman and Django
appear on opposite sides of the battle field on the same row. Megaman shoots
his megabuster across the row, while Django will fire his GunDelSol 2-panels
ahead of him. Megaman and Django each deal 360 damage, so if one enemy is
caught between, 720 damage will be dealt. However, if the enemy does get caught
in the middle of both attacks, they'll use a Cross Slash, doing 100 damage. If
the enemy stands in the center of the X, they take double damage from that.

~ Glitches ~
------------

(Credits to Asakura Yoh for letting me use this section, then edited by me)

Installing programs incorrectly (not following Navi Cust rule) result in a bug.
Another words, Megaman has a glitch(es), which can give you a disadvantage in
battle (some can actually give you an advantage). Glitches can even be stack-
able, meaning you can make the effects worst.

During battle, if Megaman's emotion window flashes, that tells you caused a
glitch in your Navi Customizer. Shown below lists the ways to glitch the Navi
Customizer:

1) Placing solid programs off the command line.
2) Having plus parts (square-tiled programs) touching the command line.
3) Haveing same-colored programs touch each other.
4) Installing more than 4 different colors of programs.
5) Placing programs off of the memory map.

^ These are basically the opposite of the Navi Cust Rules ^

Doing any of the first four will cause a negative effect to that program.
Those programs each have their own glitches. The fifth one will cause the same
glitch every time. The third causes more than 1 glitch at a time.

There are two categories of glitches:

~ Stackable Glitches ~                ~ Other Glitches ~
A. Custom Glitch A. Panel Glitch
B. Buster Glitch B. Emotion Glitch
C. HP Glitch C. Warping Glitch
D. Status Glitch D. Encounter Glitch

~ Stackable Glitches ~

A. Custom Glitch
----------------

      - Custom Glitch 1

        Opening the custom screen the third time in battle will shorten your
        maximum chip selection by 1. Then after each turn, you'll continue to
        lose that same amount (minimum of selectable chips is 2). The following
        programs cause this glitch:

            - Custom 1
            - Custom 2
            - Mega Folder 1
            - Chip Shuffle
            - Number Opening
            - Folder Pack 2

      - Custom Glitch 2

        Opening the custom screen the second time in battle will shorten your
        maximum chip selection by 1. Then after each turn, you'll continue to
        lose that same amount (minimum of selectable chips is 2). This glitch
        is caused by 2 Custom Glitch 1's, or the chips below:

            - MegaFolder 2
            - GigaFolder 1
            - FolderPack 1

      - Custom Glitch 3

        Opening the custom screen the first time in battle will shorten your
        maximum chip selection by 1. Then after each turn, you'll continue to
        lose that same amount (minimum of selectable chips is 2). This glitch
        is caused by 3 Custom Glitch 1's, Custom Glitch 2 & 1, or any combina-
        tion that adds up to 3.

B. Buster Glitch
----------------

      - Buster Glitch 1

        During battle, Megaman's megabuster will sometimes fail to fire. When
        it does fire, will it do its regular damage. However, sometimes it
        will do its chargeshot damage (which is pretty good). This glitch also
        affects Crosses. The chargeshot and Beast Out remains unaffected. The
        following programs cause this glitch:

            - Buster Pack
            - Attack +1
            - Speed +1
            - Charge +1
            - Attack MAX
            - Speed MAX
            - Charge MAX

      - Buster Glitch 2

        During battle, Megaman's megabuster will sometimes fail to fire. When
        it does fire, will it do its regular damage. However, sometimes it
        will do its chargeshot damage (which is pretty good). This glitch also
        affects Crosses. The chargeshot and Beast Out remains unaffected. This
        glitch is caused by 2 programs that cause Buster Glitch 1.

      - Buster Glitch 3

        During battle, Megaman's megabuster will sometimes fail to fire. When
        it does fire, will it do its regular damage. However, sometimes it
        will do its chargeshot damage (which is pretty good). This glitch also
        affects Crosses. The chargeshot and Beast Out remains unaffected. This
        glitch is caused by 3 programs that cause Buster Glitch 1.

C. HP Glitch
------------

      - HP Glitch 1

        During battle, Megaman's HP constantly drops by 1.5 HP per second;
        getting hit increases the rate. First hit becomes 1.7 HP, Second hit
        becomes 2 HP, then 2.5 HP, then 3 HP, then 4 HP, then finally to 6 HP.
        This glitch is caused by 1 HP program.

      - HP Glitch 2

        During battle, Megaman's HP constantly drops by 1.7 HP per second;
        getting hit increases the rate. First hit becomes 2 HP, Second hit
        becomes 2.5 HP, then 3 HP, then 4 HP, then finally to 6 HP. This
        glitch is caused by 2 HP programs.

      - HP Glitch 3

        During battle, Megaman's HP constantly drops by 2 HP per second;
        getting hit increases the rate. First hit becomes 2.5 HP, Second hit
        becomes 3 HP, then 4 HP, then finally to 6 HP. This glitch is caused
        by 3 HP programs.

D. Status Glitch
----------------

      - Status Glitch 1

        After starting a battle, Megaman will have a random status effect for
        5 seconds. You will either be Confused, Blind, Invincible or Invisible.
        This glitch is caused by having 5 different colored programs installed.

      - Status Glitch 2

        After starting a battle, Megaman will have a random status effect for
        10 seconds. You will either be Confused, Blind, Invincible or Invisible
        This glitch is caused by having 6 different colored programs installed.

~ Other Glitches ~

A. Panel Glitch
---------------

During battle, any panel you walk over has a chance of cracking. Like always, a
cracked panel breaks, but even with FloatShoes, there is a possibility of the
panel breaking. The following programs cause this glitch:

 - Float Shoes
 - Air Shoes
 - Slip Runner
 - Auto Heal

B. Emotion Glitch
-----------------

With this glitch, Megaman constantly switches his emotions in battle. Usually
he'll switch between his normal and tired emotions, but occasionally switches
to his full-sync and angry modes. Full-Synchro is practically worthless during
this glitch as his emotion switches in a second, even if you received it by
countering. When Megaman has 0 emotion points (basically, tired mode), his
emotions no longer change. This glitch does effect Crosses and very tired mode.
Obviously, Beast Out isn't effected. The following programs cause this glitch:

 - Humor
 - Poem

C. Warping Glitch
-----------------

With this glitch, if Megaman moves from a corner panel, he will jump to to the
other corner. Some of you may not understand, so read below:

                   Corners (When           Corners (When
Corners           AreaStealed)          AreaStealed twice)
[X][_][X]          [X][_][_][X]          [X][_][_][_][X]
[_][_][_]          [_][_][_][_]          [_][_][_][_][_]
[X][_][X]          [X][_][_][X]          [X][_][_][_][X]

If the corner panels are occupied or have a hole, Megaman will warp next to
that panel. The following programs cause this glitch:

 - Super Armor
 - First Barrier
 - Shield
 - Reflect
 - Anti Damage
 - Under Shirt
 - Body Pack

D. Encounter Glitch
-----------------

This glitch increases the viruse encounter rate when plugged in. The following
programs cause this glitch:

 - Sneak Run
 - Oil Body
 - Fish
 - Battery
 - Jungle

* If Sneak Run is on the command line and glitched at the same time, this glitch
is ignored.

~ Special Cases ~

Bug Stopper
-----------

Bug Stopper has no glitch associated with it. Even when glitched and/or not
touching the command line, it does nothing other than not doing its job.
Megaman's emotion window doesn't even flash during battle.

Collect & Millions
------------------

According to Asakura Yoh, Collect seems to become Millions when glitched.

Upon testing, Millions does not have a glitched effect when not placed on the
command line.

| Introduction |
----------------

The Request BBS. Remember the Mission board from EXE 3? It's much similar to
this sidequest. Just like EXE 3, completing the requests would mean receiving
prizes such battle chips you can't get anywhere else, navi customizer programs,
Zenny (not just zenny, a huge amount of it), and most of all: Upgrades.

The BBS is located at Asterland chip shop. The Mr. Prog there can give info
about it. Examine the BBS and you'll see the list of requests.

There are rules for the Request BBS. When choosing a request, you cannot accept
any request whenever you want. You can only take requests that match your
current rank. The first time you accept a request, your rank will be "Rank C".
With that rank, it allows you to accept only 1 star requests.

Shown below tells what your current rank does:

    Letter      |             Effect
----------------------------------------------------
    Rank C | Can accept 1 star requests
    Rank B | Can accept 2 stars or less
    Rank A | Can accept 3 stars or less
    Rank S | Can accept all requests

If you don't know or forget your current rank, just press Select on the BBS.

If you're wondering how to raise your rank, that's simple. Completing a request
along with your reward, you'll receive request points, which raises your rank.
Collect enough request points to upgrade to the next rank, allowing you to
accept higher star requests.

There is a certain amount of request points needed to raise your rank. If you
complete a 1 star request, you'll receive 1 request points. A 2 star request
completed gives you 2 request points. Self-explanatory.

Note this: It is only possible to do requests with Megaman. Using navis other
than Megaman will not let you interact with requestors.

HP = Normal: 1800; SP: 2000; FZ: 2800

Strategy
--------
Megaman's lifelong rival, Protoman. If you played the previous games, just
about every attack remain the same... His attacks go in a repetitive order.
Usually it goes Hero Sword > Wide Sword > Cross Slash. Sometimes, he'll change
it up so be aware. His newest move: Blade Dance, has replaced his DeltaRayEdge.

Protoman is his US name; Blues is his Japanese name. Because of the margin
limit, I may refer to him as Blues.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Sword damage *

Hero Sword ~ (Damage = Normal: 100; SP: 150; FZ: 220)
His main attack. The Blues will slash three panels forward. Simply sidestep it
to avoid damage.

Wide Sword ~ (Damage = Normal: 90; SP: 130; FZ: 200)
Secondary move. Blues will use this when he warps onto your side. This usually
follows after Hero Sword.

Cross Slash ~ (Damage = Normal: 150; SP: 220; FZ: 330)
This slash will take up most of your field, so be prepared. This normally
follows after Wide Sword. Megaman will go Angry if you're fighting the FZ form.

Range > [_][X][_][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][P][_][_]
      > [_][X][_][_][_][_]

Shield Dash (SP and FZ only) ~ (Damage = SP: 100; FZ: 150)
Blues will sometimes bring up his shield. If you attack, it will be blocked
(unless Break type) and he'll dash and slice ya.

Blade Dance ~ (FULL Damage = Normal: 160; SP: 480; FZ: 720)
When Protoman's sword "shines", he'll do his pseudo DeltaRay attack. Simply
just move up or down to avoid any damage. Expect this when his HP is low.

/ Falzar navis /
--------------

~ Aquaman.exe ~

HP: Normal - ???, EX - ????, SP - 1700

Strategy
--------
It's Aquaman from EXE 4. His attacks aren't so hard to dodge. His Aqua Splash
likes cracking panels. Just watch out for Drip Shower. He won't slip on ice
either. Since his name is AQUAman, that makes him an Aqua-type navi. Shock him
with Elec attacks for double damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Aqua damage *

Aqua Splash ~ (Damage: Normal-??, EX-??, SP-120)
After seeing Aquaman's chargeshot during operation, you should be quite
familiar with this attack. Aquaman sprays a water bomb the second panel ahead
of him. When it lands, it cracks the panel and splashes the panel behind it.
(Splashed part deals Normal-??, EX-??, SP-110 damage). The attack fails when
it's shot over a hole.

Aqua Hose ~ (Damage: Normal-??, EX-??, SP-220)
After using a few Aqua Splashes, Aquaman will grab a hose and attack in the
range similar to Tengu Beast's Tengu Storm, only that the Wide Sword area
touches the column you're standing.

Drip Shower ~ (Damage: Normal-??, EX-??, SP-110)
After seeing Aquaman's fixed chip during operation, you should be quite
familiar with this attack. Aquaman leaps to your middle panel (somtimes middle
back row) and spins around, hitting the surrounding panels with water. If the
target panel is occupied or if it's a hole, the move is cancelled.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Tomahawkman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 1000, EX - ????, SP - 2000

Strategy
--------
It's Tomahawkman from EXE 5, only that he no longer uses Totem Poles. The main
attack during battle is the Eagle Swipe. Every few seconds, the eagle that sits
on the stand comes and attacks the whole middle row. You can always use your
megabuster to stop it. Tomahawkman has the SuperArmor ability: preventing him
from cringing, and StatusGuard: preventing him from being paralyzed, confused,
or blind. He can also recover on grass panels. Tomahawkman is a Wood-type navi,
so burn him down with Fire attacks for double damage.

Shown below is where the eagle stand is placed during battle:

M=Megaman T=Tomahawkman E=Eagle Stand

[_][_][_][_][_][_]
[_][M][_][_][T][E]
[_][_][_][_][_][_]

Attacks
-------
Eagle Swipe ~ (Damage: Normal-20, EX-??, SP-60)
The main attack during battle. The eagle that sits on the stand will fly across
the whole middle row every few seconds. It goes down with a megabuster shot.

Tomahawk Swing ~ (Damage: Normal-40, EX-??, SP-120)
Tomahawkman slashes with the slow-swinging Tomahawk in the range of a Life
Sword. Once you see the your last two columns flashing, run back (sometimes he
will attack in a 2x2 range). Wood and Sword damage.

Tomahawk Boomerang ~ (Damage: Normal-40, EX-??, SP-120)
If Tomahawkman can't reach you with Tomahawk Swing, he'll use this attack.
The column you're standing will flash, then Tomahawkman will throw an axe-like
boomerange dealing Wood damage.

Eagle Tomahawk ~ (Damage: Normal-80, EX-???, SP-240)
Tomahawkman's eagle will shapeshift into a huge axe and pounds the panels
across, sending a huge blast destroying the panels throughout the entire row in
front of him.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Tenguman.exe ~

HP: Normal - ???, EX - ????, SP - 1500

Strategy
--------
While Tenguman moves around, he has OmniShoes, letting him ignore panels with-
out worry. Be careful when he uses Fujin Tornado, wherever the tornadoes start,
they move to a certain area. As a Wind-type navi, you can slice him with Sword
attacks for double damage. A common weakness right there.

Attacks
-------
Tengu Thrust ~ (Damage: Normal-??, EX-??, SP-130)
His common move. Tenguman extends his nose 3 panels ahead. Just sidestep a lot
to avoid damage.

Fujin Tornado ~ (Damage: Normal-??, EX-??, SP-130)
3 tornadoes appear on the enemy field. Each tornado does 130 damage dealing
Wind damage. Wherever they appear, they slide to a certain panel. If you know
where they're sliding, you should know how to dodge them. Wind damage.

(^), (V), (>), (<) = Direction the tornadoes are moving.

Range > [^][^][X][_][_][_]    [X][>][>][_][_][_]    [^][X][X][_][_][_]
      > [^][^][V][_][_][_] OR [X][>][>][_][_][_] OR [^][V][V][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][V][_][_][_]    [<][<][X][_][_][_]    [X][V][V][_][_][_]

Tengu Dash ~ (Damage: Normal-??, EX-??, SP-260)
Tenguman will raise his hands then disappear. Then he'll dash through panels
shown below starting from top to bottom dealing Wind damage. I only see him
start this attack from the bottom-back row.

Diagonal Down Right (probably very rare)
[_][_][V][V][V][_]      [<][<][<][<][<][<]
[_][V][V][V][_][_]  OR  [<][<][<][<][<][<]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Groundman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 1000, EX -????, SP - 2000

Strategy
--------
Groundman can be a bit hard to handle since he has the Super Armor ability,
preventing him from cringing. His attacks aren't too hard to dodge, just watch
out for Rock Crush Breaker. Groundman's a Break-type navi, so snipe him with
Cursor attacks for double damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Break damage *

Ground Drill ~ (Damage: Normal-60, EX-??, SP-150)
Groundman's common move. Groundman will disappear and attack you from below.
If he misses, the panel he strikes becomes a hole.

Drill Attacker ~ (Damage: Normal-90, EX-???, SP-230)
Groundman will start at the middle-back column and his upper body spilts into
3 drills, which spreads out to every row. Then the drills move towards your
area to attack you. Destroys obstacles.

Rock Crush Breaker ~ (Damage: Normal-120, EX-???, SP-300)
Groundman will start at the middle-back column and rushes forward across his
row to the far edge. If anything is in his way, he will go through it (he will
move over holes and obstacles will be destroyed). He will then send a bunch of
rocks from the sky that will target random panels in your area. Rocks deal
Normal-60, EX-??, SP-150 damage (not dealing Break damage). Getting hit by
Groundman before he touches the back column will deal Break damage (SP form
will also make Megaman angry).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Dustman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 900, EX - ????, SP - 1800

Strategy
--------
Just like Groundman, Dustman has the SuperArmor ability, preventing him from
cringing. Be careful when Dustman uses Dust Shooting. While attacked by it, you
can't move, causing you to take full hits (unless you have Super Armor).
Dustman's also a Break-type navi, so snipe him with Cursor attacks for double
damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Break damage *

Scrap Reborn ~ (Damage: Normal-50, EX-??, SP-110)
Dustman shoots a scrap-drone across the row, punching you when it reaches you.
If he misses you, it just reaches the end of the row and punches the panel. Any
punched panels will crack.

Dust Shooting ~ (Damage: Normal-30x3, EX-??x3, SP-70x3)
Dustman shoots 3 panel pieces across the row. If you don't have SuperArmor
installed, you'll take full damage. Destroys obstacles.

Dust Break ~ (Damage: Normal-100, EX-???, SP-200)
Dustman vacuums the row towards him and and crushes you. Unfortunetly, no Wind
damage.

  _______________

/ Gregar navis /
--------------

~ Heatman.exe ~

HP = Normal: 700; EX: 1500, SP: 1900

Strategy
--------
While Heatman moves around, he rarely stands in the middle row, causing certain
moves to not work. Watch out for his Heat Wave attack, it's kinda tricky to
avoid it. Heatman has OmniShoes, letting him ignore panels without worry. Since
his name is HEATman, that makes him a Fire-type navi. Drench him with Aqua
attacks for double damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Fire damage *

Heat Wave ~ (Damage: Normal-20, EX-60, SP-110)
Heatman's common attack. He sends waves of fire heading across to your area.
When they "fade" while moving, you can avoid getting hit by simply moving
forward. This attack cannot go over holes. Heatman's later forms send the waves
back to the front column after reaching your back row.

Heat Press ~ (Damage: Normal-20, EX-60, SP-110)
After using Heatman's fixed chip during operation, you should be quite familiar
with this attack. Heatman withdraws and slams his body to wherever you're
standing. He cracks the panel he lands and attacks with a + shape around him.
He continues this attack in his later forms. If you attack him during this
attack, you'll most likely go Full-Sync.

Flamethrower ~ (Damage: Normal-40, EX-120, SP-220)
Heatman uses this move when his HP is getting low. He summons a flamethrower
behind you reaching 3 panels. You can sidestep to avoid it but the flamethrower
will follow you. Just use an AreaSteal to avoid this whole attack.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

 ~ Elecman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 900, EX - 1400, SP - 1800

Strategy
--------
Elecman travels slowly in battle but his attacks come out fast. He summons
ElecObstacles in your area to decrease your area and increase the range of his
ElecShot. Elecman has the FloatShoes ability, letting him ignore panel effects.
Since his name is ELECman, he's obviously an Elec-type navi. Ground him with
Wood attacks for double damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Elec damage *

Elec Shot ~ (Damage: Normal-40, EX-80, SP-110)
Elecman strikes the entire row in front of him. Hitting an ElecObstacle will
make a + shape range. Head to a panel that won't be striked by the + shaped
range. If this attack doesn't hit an ElecObstacle, just sidestep.

Dash Elec Sword ~ (Damage: Normal-80, EX-160, SP-220)
After seeing Elecman's fixed chip during operation, you should be quite
familiar with this attack. Elecman dashes straight forward and slashes with a
WideSword range. Unlike the fixed chip, this attack doesn't paralyze. Elec and
Sword damage.

Thunder Bolt ~ (Damage: Normal-40, EX-80, SP-110)
First, random panels in your area will glow. Then Elecman will zap lightning
bolts. You'll most likely get hit in his later forms.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Slashman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 800, EX - 1200, SP - 1500

  _____________________________________________________________________________
/ 		                              Random Fact                                 /
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
| The funny thing about Slashman was when I was 13 (Which was before EXE 6 |
| came out in Japan), I drew and made up my very own navi. I named him |
| Slashman. He used Sword typed attacks. I colored his armor green and gave |
| him long black hair. Even blades over his helmet... How odd ._. |
|                                                                           |
| Somehow Capcom thought of something similar. How odd. Though, Capcom's |
| Slashman is much better. This one actually has claws and his hair is |
| somewhat tied. Mine's was more like Protoman (I know, not very original). |
| Oddly enough, he's my favorite Gregar link navi, haha. |
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strategy
--------
The way Slashman moves around his field is a bit similar to Bass' movement.
He speeds up while moving around before an attack. In his later forms, he'll be
pretty fast, so watch out. Since he's a Sword-type navi, you can crush him with
Break attacks for double damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Sword damage *

Slash Swipe ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-70, SP-110)
Similar to Gregar/Falzar Claw but switched. Slashman appears in front of you
and slashes with a WideSword range then LongSword range in his later forms.
You can easily counter him with a Reflector chip, letting you go Full-Sync.

Rolling Slash ~ (Damage: Normal-60, EX-140, SP-240)
After seeing Slashman's fixed chip during operation, you should be quite
familiar with this attack. After a few Claw Slashes, this attack comes next.
Slashman starts from his back row, spins and attacks through the column you're
standing. It can be tricky to dodge.

Triple Edge ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-70, SP-120)
After seeing Slashman's chargeshot during operation, you should be quite
familiar with this attack. He brings out kunais and they travel across to your
area. However, this attack shoots 2 kunais at a time which makes one row safe
to stand. You can destroy the kunais with your megabuster. In later forms, he
uses this attack multiple times.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Killerman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 800, EX - 1200, SP - 1600

Strategy
--------
During battle, Killerman summons ghosts traveling across to your area which can
get annoying. The megabuster is very effective against these ghostly attacks.
Killerman's a Cursor-type navi, so blow his aiming with Wind attacks.

Attacks
-------
Killer's Phantom ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-50, SP-80)
Killerman's most common attack. Ghosts will travel across to your area.
Sidestepping is tricky. The megabuster is very effective against this attack.

Hell's Sickle ~ (Damage: Normal-60, EX-90, SP-120)
If you stand in your middle/front column for too long, Killerman slices his
scythe, attacking with a Wide Sword range 2 panels ahead. Sword damage.

Range > [_][X][_][_][_][_]
      > [_][X][_][K][_][_]
      > [_][X][_][_][_][_]

Eraser's Delete Beam ~ (Damage: Normal-100, EX-170, SP-240)
If you stand in the back row for too long, Killerman will send a target
encircling the field. If you get hit by the target, you'll be stunned for half
a second then Killerman jumps in front of you, inflicting damage and paralyzing
you. This attack pierces Invisibility.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Chargeman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 1000, EX - 1500, SP - 2000

Strategy
--------
Chargeman commonly runs across the field like the Moloko virus from EXE 4. That
makes Beast Out's auto-targeting almost useless, even AntiDmg, BodyGuard, AND
Element Trap fail against Chargeman... When Chargeman's attacked, he always
appear on the middle panel of his area. The chargeshot (Level 5) is enough to
make Chargeman flinch! Like Heatman, he's a Fire-type navi. Soak him with Aqua
attacks for double damage.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Fire damage including Chargeman himself *

Volcano Charge ~ (Damage: Normal-50, EX-80, SP-160)
While Chargeman is moving, he'll shoot up to 4 burning coals into the panels
you move from in your area.

Charge Cargo ~  (Damage: Normal-30, EX-50, SP-100)
ChargeMan will bring some boxcars on each side to make it hard to dodge. You
can destroy the boxcars with your megabuster. Not including the boxcars, if you
get hit by Chargeman during this attack, you take Normal-80, EX-130, SP-
damage also dealing Fire damage.

Crazy Locomotive ~  (Damage: Normal-100, EX-150, SP-300)
Chargeman rushes across his row, crushing through obstacles. During this
attack, he's invincible. You'll go Angry mode if hit by his SP form.

~ Blastman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 400, EX - 800, SP - 1400, RV - 2000

Strategy
--------
Who would've guess he was Mr. Mach's navi? Blastman will always have steel
cubes during battle. They cannot be destroyed but they are useful to dodge his
attacks. The only way to get rid of these cubes is by Dust Cross' vacuum
effect. He also has the OmniShoes, letting him fly over panels without worry.
Blastman's a Fire-type navi so use Aqua attacks for double damage. Don't forget
he does Fire damage so using Tomahawk Cross wouldn't be a smart choice.

Shown below is where the steel cubes will be placed during battle:

M=Megaman B=Blastman S=Steel Cube

V1 Display EX, SP, and RV Display
[_][_][_][S][_][_]   [_][_][_][_][_][_]
[_][M][_][_][B][_]   [M][S][_][_][S][B]
[S][_][_][_][_][_]   [_][_][_][_][_][_]

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Fire damage *

Smoke Bomb ~ (Damage: Normal-10, EX-50, SP-90, RV-140)
Blastman "throws" smoke across the field. Just sidestep or hide behind a steel
cube to avoid damage. Later forms move faster.

Blast Twister ~ (Damage: Normal-10, EX-50, SP-90, RV-140)
A flaming tornado covering up to three panels forward. It goes through steel
cubes, making them not so safe to hide behind. In later forms, this attack cuts
through an entire row.

Blast Fire ~ (Damage: Normal-20, EX-80, SP-150, RV-270)
Just like moving through the RoboControlComp, watch out for flying embers and
get behind a steel cube.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Diveman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 500, EX - 1000, SP - 1500, RV - 1900

Strategy
--------
During battle, Diveman will hide under his panels. While under his panels,
torpedoes will fire across to your area to attack you. Wait until he pops up,
which makes him vulnerable to attack. As an Aqua-type navi, shock him with Elec
attacks. Also, he does Aqua damage, so using Heat and Charge Cross means
trouble.

Attacks
-------
* Every attack deals Aqua damage *

Dive Torpedo ~ (Damage: Normal-10, EX-20, SP-50, RV-90)
Diveman's most common attack. Two torpedoes appear from Diveman's area and
travel across the field. In later forms, the torpedoes travel faster.

Dive Mine ~ (Damage: Normal-10, EX-40, SP-100, RV-180)
Diveman shoots 2 spiked mines and lands at where you're standing. Quite easy
to dodge.

Tidal Wave ~  (Damage: Normal-30, EX-60, SP-150, RV-270)
Two columns will flash and Diveman attacks you with tidal waves.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Circusman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 700, EX - 1200, SP - 1600, RV - 2100

Strategy
--------
The most annoying navi in the game. During battle, he ALWAYS stays in the
back row, probably forcing you to use AreaSteal and/or Beast Out. He hops
around and performs annoying attacks. You will learn to HATE him...

Attacks
-------
Clown Clap ~ (Damage: Normal-20, EX-50, SP-100, RV-130)
Cirusman's common attack. His hands disappear and re-appear on your area to
attack you. It has the range of a Wide Sword range. Even when dodging the
attacks, the hands follows you. Later forms make you want to dodge faster.

Ring of Fire ~  (Damage: Normal-20, EX-50, SP-100, RV-130)
Circusman brings out a fiery ring on his field, then tigers run through them
heading across your whole row. Sidestep to avoid damage. Later forms make you
want to sidestep faster.

Chaotic Tent ~ (Damage: Normal-69, EX-150, SP-190, RV-225)
This attack seriously doesn't look right... Circusman disappears and turns him-
self into a tent. If you get trapped, you can't move. His EX form paralyzes,
SP form confuses, RV form blinds. Just gay.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Judgeman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 800, EX - 1100, SP - 1600, RV - 1900

Strategy
--------
Judgeman says he all about justice but he's a WWW navi. I don't get it...
Judgeman's attacks aren't so hard to dodge. That's all I have to say...

Attacks
-------
Electric Whip ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-50, SP-80, RV-110)
Judgeman's common attack. He will attack with an electric whip 3 panels
forward. This attack does Elec damage, so watch out when using Aqua Cross.

Hungry Books ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-50, SP-80, RV-110)
Two books appear from the upper row and bottom row on Judgeman's side.
Then they cross each other and move towards you. Getting hit by both books will
cause double damage.

Variable Book Shield ~ (Damage: still needs testing)
A big book will appear in front of Judgeman's area. If you attack it, it will
open. If you continue to attack it, the book does virus attacks. The star page
does BubbleStar, The flame page launches FireBurner, The rock page brings out
GolemHit. They all do elemental damage, so keep Heat, Slash, Charge, and
Tomahawk Crosses away from this attack.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Elementman.exe ~

HP: Normal - 900, EX - 1300, SP - 1700, RV - 2000

Strategy
--------
During battle, Elementman creates Whirlwinds encircling the whole field. This
is his most common move so dodge, especially when using Killer Cross. Since his
name is ELEMENTman, he can change his element into 4 different types in order:
Wood, Fire, Elec, and Aqua.

Attacks
-------
Whirling Tornado ~ (Damage: Normal-60, EX-100, SP-140, RV-240)
Elementman's common attack. A whirlwind appears from his back row and encircles
the field. If he's in his original element, two whirlwinds will appear. This
does Wind damage, so keep Killer Cross away from this.

Wood Tower ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-50, SP-70, RV-120)
Used when Elementman becomes a Wood-type. Wood spikes appear from panels and
follow you. Each panel it travels leaves grass panels. This does Wood damage,
so keep Elec Cross away from this. Fire attacks do double damage against him.

Meteors ~ (Damage: Normal-60, EX-90, SP-120, RV-200)
Used when Elementman becomes a Fire-type. Meteors will fall from the sky to
wherever you're standing. This does Fire damage, so keep Tomahawk Cross away
from this. Aqua attacks do double damage against him.

Thunder Bolt ~ (Damage: Normal-60, EX-100, SP-140, RV-240)
Used when Elementman becomes an Elec-type. Bolts of lightning strike the panels
that you're standing. It's easy and hard to dodge. This does Elec damage, so
keep Aqua Cross away from this. Wood attacks do double damage against him.

Ice Breath ~ (Damage: Normal-30, EX-50, SP-70, RV-120)
Used when Elementman becomes an Aqua-type. Elementman warps in front of you (to
your side of field if have to) and attacks with a Wide Sword range. The panels
that are striked become ice panels. Get striked by this, and you're frozen.
This does Aqua damage, so keep Heat Cross and Charge Cross away from this.
Elec attacks do double damage against him.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Colonel.exe ~

HP: Normal - 1200, EX - 1600, SP - 2000, RV - 2600

Strategy
--------
Sigh, Colonel's no longer one of the good guys. Most of his attacks do Sword
damage, which makes Tengu Cross suck. He has some new moves and some old moves
from EXE 5. Watch out for his most deadly attack...

Attacks
-------
Screen Divide ~ (Damage: Normal-80, EX-120, SP-190, RV-300)
Colonel's main attack. He has two different ranges. Depending on which panel
you're standing, any of the following ranges will come. Sword damage. RV form
makes Megaman angry.

Screen Divide Diagonal Screen Divide V
[X][_][_][_][_][_]    [_][_][X][_][_][_]      [_][_][X][_][_][_]
[_][X][_][_][_][_] OR [_][X][_][_][_][_]      [_][X][_][_][_][_]
[_][_][X][_][_][_]    [X][_][_][_][_][_]      [_][_][X][_][_][_]

After this attack, Colonel steps into the next attack.

Screen Divide Z ~ (Damage: EX-150, SP-240, RV-380)
This attack always comes after the previous Screen Divide. Sword damage. RV
form makes Megaman angry. Colonel cannot use this attack on his normal form.

Range > [X][X][X][_][_][_]
      > [_][X][_][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][_][_][_]

Colonel Army ~ (Damage: Normal-30x3, EX-50x3, SP-70x3, RV-70x3)
While Colonel sticks into the back row, he raises his sword, summoning a
ColonelArmy to strike you. You'll take 3 hits if striked.

His RV form summons two ColonelArmies. If you get shot by two at the same time,
the damage is 140x3.

Colonel Missle ~ (Damage: Normal-50, EX-80, SP-130, RV-210)
This move replaced Tank Cannon from EXE 5. Colonel will launch 3 missles from
his back row, then the missiles land on your area. Every panel it lands cracks.

Finishing Slash ~ (Damage: Instant Deletion)
Colonel's most deadly attack... He will use this move when YOUR health is low.
Colonel toss his cape at you. The screen will then go dark for a second, then
you'll see a line moving from right to left meaning you got sliced. Get sliced
by this and you're instantly deleted (unless you have UnderShirt installed).
This is the kind of move you don't want to get hit by.

  _______________

/ Other Bosses /
---------------

~ Falzar Beast Megaman ~ (Falzar version only)

HP: Normal - 800, SP - 1600

Strategy
--------
A battle against Megaman himself (like MegaManDS from EXE 4 & 5) except that he
actually has his own attacks. Seeing him floating and flying obviously means
he's using the OmniShoes.

Attacks
-------
Falzar Claw ~ (Damage: Normal-40x2, SP-160x2)
... Do you really need a description for this? You know this attack. F-Beast
Megaman will slash you with a Long Sword range following up with a Wide Sword
range. Sometimes he'll use just the Long Sword range and it will paralyze. Get
hit by the paralyzing slash and he'll step into the next attack.

Falzar Buster ~ (Full Damage: Normal-90, SP-360)
After getting paralyzed by the Long range Falzar Claw, F-Beast Megaman will
pull out the Falzar Buster.

Mega Boomerang ~ (Damage: Normal-40, SP-160)
F-Beast will send a boomerang starting from the bottom-right-hand corner and
encircle the field.

Aqua Needle ~ (Damage: Normal-20, SP-80)
F-Beast throws aqua needles at random panels in your area. Deals Aqua damage.

Hawk Storm ~ (Damage: SP-240)
This move only comes when F-Beast Megaman is low on HP. He'll launch a huge
twister dealing Wind damage. SP form only.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Gregar Beast Megaman ~ (Gregar version only)

HP: Normal - 900, SP - 1800

Strategy
--------
A battle against Megaman himself (like MegaManDS from EXE 4 & 5) except that he
actually has his own attacks. He moves fast, making certains attacks fail and
he also has SuperArmor, making multi-hit attacks fail as well. If you ask me,
he is easy to beat. I attack him by countering him. Oh yeah, he can move over
holes >.>

Attacks
-------
Gregar Claw ~ (Damage: Normal-60x2, SP-240x2)
... Do you really need a description for this? You know this attack. G-Beast
Megaman will slash you with a Long Sword range following up with a Wide Sword
range. Sometimes he'll use just the Long Sword range and it will paralyze. Get
hit by the paralyzing slash and he'll step into the next attack.

Gregar Buster ~ (Full Damage: Normal-90, SP-360)
After getting paralyzed by the Long range Gregar Claw, G-Beast Megaman will
pull out the Gregar Buster and shoot you rapidly. >_<
Paralysis, then full hit buster... Just smart...

Thunder Ball ~ (Damage: Normal-30, SP-120)
G-Beast shoots a somewhat slow-moving thunder ball. Paralyzes if hit of course.
Deals Elec damage.

Beast Breath ~ (Damage: SP-300)
This move only comes when G-Beast Megaman is low on HP. He'll launch a huge
flamethrower dealing Fire damage. Its range makes it hard to avoid. SP form
only.

Range > [X][X][_][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][G][_][_]

~ Bass.exe ~

HP: Normal - 1800, SP - 2700, BX - 3400

Video ~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQxv1XNOGmw&

Strategy
--------
Bass is back again. Only stronger and better. While Bass moves around, he won't
take any damage. His Buster Rake doesn't flinch and the Hell's Rolling is harder
to dodge. Watch out for his BX form, BassBX piles on the attacks. You have to
be skilled to handle his BX form. Pack your folder with defense chips for
survival.

Attacks
-------
Buster Rake ~ (Damage: Normal-60x4, SP-90x4, BX-130x4)
He'll target multiple random panels on your side of the field. This time, you
won't flinch so beware. His BX form makes it impossible to dodge. Always use a
defense chip during the BX attack.

Hell's Rolling ~ (Damage: Normal-200, SP-300, BX-440)
Bass throws two dark wheels that will attack you at the same time. You can
dodge this attack by stepping forward right before it hits you. Get striked by
this with his SP and BX form makes Megaman go Angry mode.

Dark Sword ~ (Damage: Normal-200, SP-300, BX-450)
Bass dashes in front of you and slashes with a Life Sword range. Once you see
your last two columns flashing, run back or counter. Sword damage.

Tank Cannon ~ (Damage: Normal-150, SP-120, BX-330)
Bass pulls out the Tank Cannon when you're standing in the back row for a while.
The back row's panels are cracked. Same as its chip.

Golem Hit ~ (Damage: Normal-180, SP-270, BX-???)
Bass pulls out the Golem Hit and smashes your column, cracking the panels.
Same as its chip. Break damage.

Fire Burner ~ (Damage: Normal-??, SP-??)
Bass shoots a Fire Arm reaching 3 panels forward dealing Fire damage. Also
cracks the panels it hits. Same as its chip. (I've rarely seen Bass use this
move so I'm not sure about its damage calculation...)

Falzar's Sonic Storm (Gregar only) ~ (Damage: BX-550)
Since Bass has the power of the Cybeast, he can use this attack. Bass will
launch Falzar's head and shoot a huge twister dealing Wind damage. The bad
thing about this attack is that it pierces Invisibility. Megaman will go Angry
mode if hit.

Range > [X][_][_][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][B][_][_]
      > [X][_][_][_][_][_]

Gregar's Burning Breath (Falzar only) ~ (Damage: BX-670) <<shit that's a lot...
Since Bass has the power of the Cybeast, he can use this attack. Bass will
launch Gregar's head and shoot a huge flamethrower in the same range as Gospel
Breath dealing Fire damage. The bad thing about this attack is that you only
have two safe panels and does huge amount of damage. Without UnderShirt, you're
almost as good as dead. Megaman will go Angry mode if he survives.

Range > [X][X][_][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][B][_][_]
      > [X][X][_][_][_][_]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Falzar ~ (Falzar version only)

HP: Normal - 2000, SP - 3200

Strategy
--------
The final boss of Cybeast Falzar. Falzar's favorite attack is Sonic Wave, so
avoid it whenever he uses it. In some attacks, he'll stay out of attack range.
You have to be stupid enough to try an AreaSteal. Why? Because he has NO panels
meaning that certain attacks won't work against him. Attacks like WaveArm,
Groundman, and even BassAnly.

Attacks
-------
Sonic Wave ~ (Damage: Normal-100, SP-???)
Falzar sends a whirlwind across the targeted row, which ends in a three-panel-
wide spread. If you're close up, this is not a terribly hard move to to dodge,
but its speed can prove tricky. Falzar is very vulnerable to attack during this
time, so make it count. This attack also crushes barriers. This is the ONLY
time Falzar is vulnerable to a counter. Deals Wind damage.

Range > [X][_][_][____]
      > [X][X][X][____]
      > [X][_][_][____]

Feather Strike ~ (Damage: Normal-80, SP-???)
The strikes from Falzar's feathers aimed directly at you are annoying enough.
Making dodging even more difficult for you, Falzar sends a wind through the
area which periodically pushes you backwards. Try to keep moving. He hurls
feathers into the arena before stopping. These feathers can break through
barriers, so watch out. To make things even more annoying, Falzar stays out of
attack range all through this move.

Firebird Breath ~ (Damage: Normal-60, SP-???)
Falzar releases three fireballs that unleash a load of firebirds that streak
across your current row. Sidestepping the firebirds can be tricky so don't
bother. The megabuster (if you have the Speed level upped, at least) is very
effective; just stand in place and hit the button repeatedly to fire a string
of shots that destroy the birds. Vulcan chips are doubly nice here, since their
splash effect means Falzar takes some damage as well. This attack does Fire
damage.

Claw Shot ~ (Damage: Normal-100, SP-???)
Possibly his quickest move, Falzar drops numerous claws onto the back two
columns of your area. You only have a brief moment to run to the front once you
see the flash. Even though there's a safe zone during this move, Falzar floats
high and out of your attack range for the duration. Be ready to attack him with
an auto-aiming attack as soon as the attack stops.

Beast Hurricane ~ (Damage: Normal-150, SP-???)
This move only comes out once Falzar's HP starts to drop. When he disappears
from the screen, get to the lower row FAST. Falzar comes screaming across the
top 2 rows, and follows up by going through the bottom two rows in the opposite
direction. Get caught in this, and it destroys your next chip waiting to be
used.

Range > [<][<][<][____]       [_][_][_][____]
      > [<][<][<][____]   >   [>][>][>][____]
      > [_][_][_][____]       [>][>][>][____]

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

~ Gregar ~ (Gregar version only)

HP: Normal - 2500, SP - 4000

Strategy
--------
The final boss of Cybeast Gregar. Gregar's most common move is the Beast
Pressure, causing rocks to fall from the air when he jumps down. He's rapidly
fast in his SP form. AreaSteals won't work against him and summoning obstacles
on his area will disappear so don't pack those kind of chips (You can still use
AreaSteal to charge up for Gregar Beast Out's Gregar Claw). Gregar has a major
weakness: Bass F giga chip.

Attacks
-------
Beast Pressure ~ (Damage: Normal-50, SP-150)
Gregar's most common move is to leap high in the air then come crasing down,
dropping a pair of rocks into your field. One of those rocks is always focused
on your current panel, so keep moving. He performs this move twice, then brings
out one of his other attacks. When his HP gets low, Gregar occasionally changes
this move up by roaring, then charging across the row (dealing Normal-200,
SP-540 damage). Once he hits the far edge, he drops a bunch of rocks on your
head, forcing you to keep moving (rocks deal Normal-180, SP-??? damage).
Despite his size, he only attacks a single row.

Burning Breath ~ (Damage: Normal-100, SP-300)
There's not much more warning to this attack than the flash of your panels. Get
to the upper or lower-right corner FAST, as Gregar's about to unleash a massive
wall of fire. He doesn't move during this attack, letting you attack freely. If
you're fast, he's vulnerable to counters for a VERY brief moment at the begin-
ning of the attack. If you get hit by his SP form, you'll enter Angry mode.
Deals Fire damage.

Range > [X][X][_][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][_][_][_][_]

Big Thunder ~ (Damage: Normal-100, SP-300)
Watch for Gregar's mane to start sparking. When it does, he's about to unleash
a bolt of electric energy that consumes your entire right column and blasts
across the row. Sidestep fast. He's immobile during this attack, so hit him
anything you have. If you're super-fast, he's vulnerable to counters for a VERY
brief moment at the start of his attack, but hitting him without an auto-
targeting move is tricky. If you get hit, you'll get paralyzed. This attack
pierces Invisibility. You'll go Angry mode if hit by his SP form. Deals Elec
damage.

Range > [_][_][X][_][_][_]
      > [X][X][X][_][_][_]
      > [_][_][X][_][_][_]

Flying Gregar Claw ~ (Damage: Normal-40?, SP-180) Too fast to calculate...
This two-stage attack effectively cuts through your right two columns. To make
matters worse, each hit destroys any chips you have waiting to be used. The
sheer speed of the attack leaves you very little time to react. If you're in
the middle column, you have a brief second to backstep while the first claw
tears up the rightmost column. Gregar always follows this attack up with the
Gregar Fang.

Gregar Fang ~ (Damage: Normal-100, SP-300)
After the Flying Gregar Claw, Gregar sends his great big head screaming
diagonally down onto the panel you are at. ALWAYS move vertically to dodge;
even though only the panel you were on is flashing, Gregar swoops low enough
to hit you should you try to dodge by moving forward. You'll go Angry mode if
hit by his SP form.

Gatling Tail ~ (Damage: Normal-70, SP-210)
Gregar fires off his tail-tip repeatedly, pounding the column you're in at the
start of the attack. It can be hard to distinguish this from the Beast Pressure
rock-drop at first, so always move around when you see the single panel flash.
Once he starts firing, the shots only fire a single column, so hang around in
other panels. His SP form makes the attack follow you to where you're moving,
which can get really annoying.

----------------------------12) Virus Battle FAQ-------------------------------
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                                 12virsbttl
----------------
| Introduction |
----------------
The Virus Battler is a minigame that lets battle your viruses against enemy
viruses. After advancing later in the game, plug into class 1-2's blackboard
at Cyber Academy. On the upper part of the comp shows a reddish black navi.
Paying him 2000 Zenny will give you the BattlerCard along with two viruses: a
Mettaur and a Gunner virus as your starters. It is now possible to get started.
-------------------
| Getting Started |
-------------------
To add viruses to your collection, you'll need to find a virus with "Rare" in
its name (in other words, Rare viruses). Rare viruses are tough to find and
they are also stronger than their regular forms. Defeating a rare virus will
add that virus to your collection. You can also find level 2 rare viruses, but
they're not any different other than being stronger than level 1's.
--------------------
| Playing the game |
--------------------
To play, you'll need to find different-colored Mr. Progs. You can't just find
them anywhere since they all have certain locations. When you find them, you
can accept the battle, choose two viruses to fight with and decide where you'll
place them on your side of the area. However, each virus holds MB and the
combined memory of the two viruses cannot exceed 50 MB. This means not every
virus group can pair up.
Once done, the battle starts. Since each virus acts on their own, all we can do
is hope for the best. Just like normal battles, the elements and their effects
are applied, even countering.
Unlike real virus battles, viruses don't get deleted individually. Instead,
their HP is combined together.  The viruses need to depend on each other to
survive. Another words, if one virus loses, that virus' team loses. Drop the
enemies' HP to zero to win.
As for the custom gauge, it is used as a timer. If it ever fills up all the way,
the battle results in a draw. Even with a draw, that's considered a loss.
                             When paralyzed, it will warp in front of victim
                             and slice with a Wide Sword.
Location(s): Undernet Area 2
Comments: Excellent HP and attack. Probably my favorite one.
===============================================================================
Snake Arm virus (Sand Worm)  Description:
Starting HP: 130          Likes to appear from panels and warps around random
Attack Power: 60          areas of the field. Eventually, it'll attack the
MB: 30                    enemy.
Location(s) Graveyard Area
Comments: Can be dependable and can dodge attacks while moving.
===============================================================================
Armadillo virus (Iron Shell) Description:
Starting HP: 100          Travels only on its column. Spotting an enemy on its
Attack Power: 20          row will it force it to go 3 panels forward. On the
MB: 20                    3rd panel, it doe multiple hits. During the attack,
                          it is only vulnerable to Break attacks.
Location(s): Green Area 2
Comments: An excellent virus. It attacks using offense and defense along with
          multiple damage.
===============================================================================
Cragger virus (Golem Hit)    Description:
Starting HP: 120          Stays in place. It occasionally smashes the enemy's
-----------------14) Frequently asked Questions (FAQ)---------------------------
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                                14faqscton

Shown below are the FAQs. Some of them are commonly asked, so please read
them before posting them.

Q: How do you fight Protoman SP?
A: Complete 25 Requests off the Request BBS. If he isn't upgraded to SP yet
   somehow, try checking your rank on the BBS by pressing Select.

Q: Where can I find Rush Food?
A: Go to Sky Town and plug into the Shower Comp. You will find a black navi
   that sells them for 3000 Zennys each.

Q: What happens after I beat all the black navis in the real world?
A: Nothing, unfortunately... But at least you feel accomplished?

Q: Where do I get Doll Thunder 1 A?
A: S-Rank the ScarCrow1 virus in Sky Area.

Q: Where do I get the following chips for the P.A. Poison Pharaoh?
A: Poison Seed P, Poison Seed P, Anubis P. The Locations are shown below:

              Poison Seed P - Bug Frag Dealer for 48 Bug Frags from Sky Area 1
              Anubis P - Purple Mystery Data from Graveyard Area

Q: Where can I find Gold/Yellow Mystery Datas?
A: Just like the green ones; they're random but very rare. I wouldn't bother
   trying to find them.

Q: Where can I find GunDelSol1 C?
A: Buy it from the Asterland Chip store.

Q: How do I get into the Graveyard Area?
A: You need the Gregar / Falzar Icon and collect at least 100 Standard chips.

Q: How do I get through the "S" marked door in Graveyard Area?
A: The mark of "S" means that you must have collected all 200 Standard chips.
   Capcom is just trying to sound dramatic >_>

Q: Isn't the Anubis P chip behind the "S" marked door in Graveyard Area?
A: NO. It is BEFORE the door. If that were the case, no one would ever open it.

Q: What is the password to go to Undernet Zero from Undernet 1 and 2?
A: From Undernet 1, it is 729. From Undernet 2, it is 012.

Q: How do I find the locked door to Undernet Zero starting from Undernet 1?
A: You will need one piece of Rush Food.

Q: How do you fight Protoman FZ?
A: Complete all 35 Requests from the Request BBS. You'll know when you've
   completed them when Chaud contacts you.

Q: Where do you fight Bass BX?
A: Defeat Bass SP, go to Underground 2, and head for the big square where you
   fought Colonel.

Q: How do I do Virus Battler?
A: Plug into Class 1-2 Comp and buy a "Battler Card from the black navi for
   2000 Zennys.

Q: Where do I get Super Vulcan V?
A: Finish all the Virus Battler challenges. Yes it takes a while. The funny
   thing is that in the Japanese version, you can get it simply from a PMD...

Q: How do you get the Bat Key?
A: Defeat Bass for the first time. To find Bass, head Green Area 2 and go
   behind the huge tree. There is a hidden entrance to Undernet Zero.

Q: Where is the Immortal Area?
A: It has been removed from the US version. The BatKey has a different purpose.

Q: What do I do with the Bat Key?
A: Use it to open up the door in the Graveyard to get Attack MAX (NCP).
   In the Japanese version, it is used to unlock the Immortal Area.

Q: How can I get the PA Complete Icon if I can't get the Django chips?
A: Capcom of America made it so that you only need 29 Program Advances to
   obtain it so the Django PA isn't required.

Q: Where do I get Justice One J?
A: There is a trade chain. Read below:

              1) Girl in 1-2 Class
              Give - Energy Bomb K >>>> Get - Double Shot C

              2) Boy in Seaside Town Aquarium
              Give - Double Shoot C >>>> Get - High Boomerang V

              3) Pink navi in Seaside Town Watertank
              Give - High Boomerang V >>>> Get - Steal Revenge I

              4) Lady in the main room of Sky Town
              Give - Steal Revenge I >>>> Get - Big Bomb O

              5) Blue navi in ACDC HP
              Give - Big Bomb O >>>> Get - Justice One J

              (Credits to Zeroknight7 for the trade chain)

Q: Where do I get the Double Beast mega chip and the Gregar / Falzar giga chip?
A: They're all removed from the US version. They can be obtained via cheating;
   however, the cybeast giga chips freeze your game rendering it useless.

Q: How do I get rid of the panic music?
A: Mute your volume. Ta-da? You can use my method, which requires you to have
   last saved before the Pavilion Expo. You will also need an AR/GS to obtain
   all chips; otherwise it's not possible to collect all chips unless you don't
   mind the panic music. I was able to pull this off AND collect all the Icons.
   The only problem is that if you want to fight Gregar SP / Falzar SP, you'll
   have to go through the Pavilion Expo and try your best not to save. Use
   caution as if you get deleted before then, you will cry.

   If you don't want to do all that and still don't want panic music, I have
   saves. Since they're for emulator, you'll have to e-mail me for them.

Q: What is EXE 4, 5, 6, etc.?
A: EXE is the same as Battle Network. They were the games' original names.
   Capcom of America changed their version into Battle Network. I use "EXE"
   because of GameFAQs' margin limit rule.

Q: Are you good at these Battle Network games?
A: Type JohnBoy617 after the youtube URL and you'll see my old EXE 6 videos.
   My skills in this game depend on your opinion I guess. In-game only.

Q: Do you have/play Megaman Star Force?
A: Yes and no. I've beaten all three games but they're not as fun as the Battle
   Network series. I kept my SF3 because Capcom brought back some features from
   Battle Network.

Q: How did you get everything lined up so neatly in this guide?
A: Notepad, Word Wrap OFF, Status Bar ON. Somehow I figured this out by myself.
   This totally helps me line up everything and it tells me how far I am until
   I reach the margin limit, which is no more than 80 characters. If there is
   some text not lined up properly, please e-mail me. Neatness is essential!

Q: What does your username (Blues Soul) mean?
A: It's the original name of Proto Soul. In Battle Network 4 and 5, it was
   Soul Unison instead of Cross System. I was 13 when I made this account -.-

(The above questions have been previously asked and some have been thought of by
me just in case people ask)

~ PLEASE READ BEFORE E-MAILING ~

Before you ask for help, title it "Megaman Battle Network 6 Help". This makes
things easier. I don't see why not.

If you would, please make sure you check the entire guide before asking. The
Ctrl+F feature is made for a reason. You can find more answers from other
people's guides if this one didn't help.

Found any errors? Let me know and I may fix it up. I'm not a perfectionist but
I care about neatness. I'm a bit of a neat freak.

If this guide helped you greatly, don't be afraid to say thank you. I'd like to
see that my guide still helps people today seeing how this game has aged a bit.

(I would like to work on another guide for a much more recent game, but I'm
mad lazy that I'll probably just abandon the project...)
