                            1-Introduction  (intr)

This is the Second Fire Emblem game to America, but the 8th to the world.
Japan is too selfish to translate the first 6 games. Well, it might be
laziness, idk. This game takes place on an entirely new continent called
Magvel. There are 6 �countries' I guess they could be called. Called Sacred
Stones, these magic stones hold back the Demon King and his hordes of
monsters. Or, they did until he was slain and his soul dumped in Grado's
Stone. The massive armies that killed him were too tired to burn or
dispose of the body, so it's still in a temple near the main castle of
Friela with gobs of dead people around it. Since the Demon king fell,
there haven't been any monsters or wars of any significance. Out of the 6
countries that make up Magvel, only 1 doesn't have a stone. It's Republic
made up of a council of merchant rulers (like, senators). That way, nothing
goes wrong. But of course, things do go wrong. One of the council members
decides he wants to be 'king' and starts killing the rest off. But that
happens later. What starts the war is Grado, it's been a long-time ally of
Renais and the royal families are very good friends. Or so the king of
Renais thinks. Grado decides to invade without warning (because giving
the enemy a fair chance is never a good idea). You really don't see a
reason why, Grado just comes knocking on the King's door one day. (in
all actuallity, he doesn't HAVE a door) In desperation, King Fado (king
of renais) asks his top calvaryman, Seth for advice. He probably should have
done so sooner considering he was getting his butt handed to him on a
silver platter, but better late than never. Seth tells him he's screwed,
and he should run away with his tail between his legs. Fado says no, he'd
rather ask the king of Grado, Videgarde jus twhat the hell was going on.
Because kings ALWAYS ride into batte! He then asks Seth if there's been
any word from his son, Ephraim, who went off to kill stuff. Seth says
there hasn't been any word for a while. Which means...dead? Nope, but
Fado thinks so. He then tells Seth to take his daughter, Eirika and run.
Seth grabs her and rides north, to Freila. Fado... sits there and dies.

These are archaic directions I know but the controls for the game are
pretty self explanatory. And well, if you haven't played Fire Emblem games
(for the GBA) before, there is a HELP function recently added to the game
to be explained later.

                       Chapter 0, The Fall of Renais (ch00)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:1/5

-Story:
 If you are confused about the story, read the introduction or the prolouge
 of the game.
 When King Fado sent Seth to help Eirika to escape, Franz (a newbie soldier)
 decided to tag along. I guess he didn't feel like dying. Seth sends Franz
 to Frelia as soon as they're out of the castle to warn them of their arrival
 As soon as Franz is gone, a Grado general, Valter shows up riding a wyvern.
 He asks for Eirika to come with him, Seth declines, so Valter tries to take
 her by force, by killing Seth. If i were Valter, i'd grab her and fly away.
 Seth is only on a horse, not a flying mini-dragon. Valter beats Seth within
 an inch of his life, Valter seems impressed that he survived his attacks at
 all. Seth decides to do the smart thing and run. Valter, just kinda sits
 there and talks to himself. Then you see Seth/Eirika running north. By now
 they're are just about to the border of Freila.Eirika wants to rest a bit,
 even though she's just riding on Seth's horse. Seth gives Eirika a Rapier,
 just in case. Eirika firmly procaims she hates war, but takes it anyways.
 Then, bandits show up from the south. Instead of running north to safety,
 Seth deicides they should fight.

-Objective-Kill �em all!

-New Characters:
   -Eirika: Yours from the start
   -Seth: Yours from the start

-Strategy:
 This is a pretty easy mission and if you choose easy mode, you'll be guided
 through it. If not, train Eirika. For this is a great place to do it. Just
 try to make sure you don't kill her. She's really fragile and weak at low
 levels.

-Post-Story:
 They decide to actually CROSS the border.

                       Chapter 1, Escape! (ch01)

-Difficulty Level:1/5

-Story:
 While Seth and Eirika are crossing the border, Fort Mulan of Freila falls
 under attack by more bandits. Inside is Tana, princess of Freila. She has
 only a few soldiers gaurding her and sends some of them off to find
 reinforcements. She has ONE soldier left gaurding her, and the head-bandit
 comes up and KO's him. He tells his little army of bandits to take the
 castle and surrounding area, then decides how much ransom money he'll ask
 for. Seth and Eirika arrive on the scene, instead of trying to catch up
 with Franz they decide to kill all the bandits, by themselves. ><"

-Objective-Seize the Throne

-New Characters:
   -Franz: yours as soon as he shows up in turn two.
   -Gilliam: yours as soon as he shows up in turn two.

-Reinforcements:
   -Turn 4: 3 enemies from south-east

-Strategy:
 Another great opportunity to train Eirika. But also a nice place to
 train Franz and Gilliam too. Use the weapon triangle and you'll beat
 it easily.

-Boss:
 Name-Breguet
 Class-Knight
 Lvl-4
 Equip-Iron Lance

-Post-Story:
 You re-unite with Tana who apparently is really good friends with Eirika.
 Don't be suprised, almost every friendly unit you meet is already friends
 with her. She takes you to castle Frelia, King Hayden (king of Frelia) is
 glad to see you alive and tells Eirika Fado is dead. You know, Frelia
 could have HELPED defend Renais, instead of just spying on it. He then
 tells her that his spies have heard word that Ephraim is trapped in
 Fort Renvall. Eirika decides to leave immediatly, even though she's the
 only heir to king Fado who's still alive and free. King Hayden gives her
 a couple newbie soldiers to help her on the journey. Tana however, is too
 much of a pansy to go.

                       Chapter 2, The Protected (ch02)

-Difficulty Level:2/5

-Story:
 King Hayden couldn't spare that many troops. He gave you Gilliam, Vanessa,
 and Moulder. And some cash. And so you start your quest only to find an
 area being raided by bandits! Eirika decides to help.

-Objective-Beat up all the enemies

-New Characters:
   -Vanessa: turn 1, automatically yours (auto from now on)
   -Moulder: turn 1, auto
   -Ross: turn 1, talk to Eirika
   -Garcia: turn 1, talk to Ross

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 3: 2 enemies from west

-Items:
   -Red Gem: from one of the northern towns
   -Elixir: from the other northern town
   -Pure Water: from southern town
   -Vulnerary: spoil from a bandit

-Strategy:
 As fast as possible use Vanessa to ferry Ross and Garcia so you can have
 them join you. Also MAKE SURE you visit the towns. Bandits and pirates
 usually destroy them as fast as possible so you gotta be faster. Make
 sure you've ready for the two bandits to the west. The armory is a thing
 you should also hit. Buy some spare weapons but make sure you get an
 Iron Sword for Eirika. Save the Rapier for when you need it.

-Boss:
 Name-Bone
 Class-Bandit
 Lvl-4
 Equip-Iron Axe

-Post-Story:
 Garcia and Ross are thankful and you are about to continue on when a
 young man comes, bumps into Eirika, apologizes and runs off. Eirika checks
 for the bracelet that her dad gave her when she was young and it's gone!
 Seth checks around and he apparently went to the Borgo Bandit's hideout!
 Guess where you've going!

                       Chapter 3, The Bandits of Borgo (ch03)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:1/5

-Story:
 So, you go to the area where the hideout is and a girl with pink hair
 (Neimi) asks if you can help you find her friend! (The bracelet thief btw)
 She leads you to the hideout and takes out her bow.

-Objective-Seize the throne

-New Characters:
   -Neimi: turn 1, auto
   -Colm: turn 2, have Neimi talk to him.

-Items:
   -Javelin: from lower chest
   -Iron Lance: from upper left chest
   -Hand Axe: from upper middle chest
   -Iron Sword: from upper right chest
   -Door Key: spoil
   -Chest Key: spoil

-Strategy:
 Here's where long range weapons are officially introduced! Beware of
 the hand axe users and keep Moulder and Ross and Neimi and Vanessa away
 from �em. Colm will come out of the staircase directly above you so in
 turn 1 send Neimi straight north and he'll be easy to get. The rest I
 used as training. So should you, it's an EASY level.

-Boss:
 Name-Bazba
 Class-Bandit
 Lvl-6
 Equip-Steel Axe, Hand Axe

-Post-Story:
 Seth makes Colm give back the bracelet and says never to lose it. He
 doesn't say it but Grado needs it to unlock Renais's Sacred Stone. You'll
 find out why soon. . .

                       Chapter 4, Ancient Horrors (ch04)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:2/5

-Story:
 So you've just going along and trying to get to Renvall, where Ephraim was
 last seen and all of a sudden, weird creatures get in your way! Refocusing
 to a nearby village we see Artur and Lute. Artur tells Lute to stay in the
 village for safety (even thought she's better than him) and he runs up to
 tell us to flee. We of course, view this as training and want to beat the
 hell out of these things. And we do:

-Objective-Mow over all enemies

-New Characters:
   -Artur: turn 1, auto
   -Lute: as soon as somebody visits the southern town.

-Reinforcements:
   -Once river or bridge crossed enemies from east and from north-west

-Items:
   -Iron Axe: from northern town

-Strategy:
 This is a really easy mission. Just keep in mind to get to the south
 village to get Lute (VERY IMPORTANT!!) and to be prepared for the
 reinforcements from behind where you started. Also, the eyeballs are
 basically flying Shaman (dark mages) just to let you know.

-Boss:
 Name-Monster
 Class-Entombed
 Lvl-1
 Equip-Fetid Claw

-Post-Story:
 Lute displays some of her genius and Artur pleads to whatever god he
 believes in. You burn the bodies and move on.

                       Chapter 5, The Empire's Reach (ch05)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:3/5

-Story:
 You make it to the border town of Serafew. Eirika likes this town, it
 makes her feel everybody is everybody's friend. Well not any more. In
 the opening sequence we see Natasha run away from Grado soldiers. She
 bumps into Joshua who takes a liking to her. She hurries on and Joshua
 goes to the Arena. Natasha runs into you and you decide to engage Grado.

-Objective-Beat up Saar

-New Characters:
   -Natasha: turn 1, auto
   -Joshua: turn 1, talk to Natasha

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 1: 2 enemies from south-east (they are a pain!)
   -turn 5:2 enemies from Arena area Town Wreckers!

-Items:
   -Dragon Shield: from south-east house
   -Armor-Slayer: from east house
   -Secret Book: from west house
   -Torch: from north-west house

-Strategy:
 Send someone to the south-eastern house and prepare for the bandits
 while moving up (NOT into Joshua's range!) as soon as possible, use
 an unarmed Seth to draw out Joshua where Natasha can talk to him.
 Maul things after that, for the hard part is done. Use the woods to
 beat up Saar with.

-Boss:
 Name-Saar
 Class-Knight
 Lvl-8
 Equip-Javelin

-Post-Story:
 Natasha says that the Emperor hasn't been himself and has been
 killing his advisors basically. After that, you move on. . .

                       Chapter 5x, Unbroken Heart (ch5x)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:1/5

-Story:
 You are now playing as Ephraim for this one (1) mission. You've running
 low on supplies and the enemy (and you) are desperate. Ephraim decides
 to take on Renvall by storm. . .

-Objective-Seize the throne!

-New Characters:
   -Ephraim and co: turn 1, auto

-Items:
   -Elixir: from chest
   -Killer Lance: from other chest
   -spoils: door key, 2x chest keys, and another elixir

-IMPORTANT:
 This is the ONLY mission where orson is on your team EVER. After this
 he switches sides!

-Strategy:
 NEVER USE ORSON!!!!!! He's going to defect after this mission. So
 don't give him a single bit of EXP. (Also take his weapons ;) ) The
 entire mission is a cakewalk and should be used for EXP. By the end
 of that mission Ephraim was like Lvl 16 for me. BTW: You can kill
 Orson if you want. He'll still 'live' on to bug you later on in the game
 as a boss.

-Boss:
 Name-Zonta
 Class-Mercenary
 Lvl-8
 Equip-Steel Blade

-Post-Story:
 Orson defects and runs off. You find out that Renvall is surrounded!
 Ephraim and co run outside to meet Valter, and his very big army. Valter
 does his usual and tries to make Ephraim grovel. Ephraim makes a fool of
 him and makes a feint to the North East! BOO-YAH! Take that Valter! After
 that the screen blacks out. . .

                       Chapter 6, Victims of War (ch06)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:4/5

-Story:
 It begins with a conversation between Novala and Riev. Riev leaves and
 Novala teleports in front of Eirika and Seth. Novala holds a child hostage
 for Eirika's bracelet and she takes the bait. When they refuse to
 relinquish their arms Novala decides to battle them unfairly. He sends
 three villagers to a small place  surrounded by mountains. Mutant Spiders
 will eat them if you don't rescue them.

-Objective-Beat the living hell out of Novala

-Items:
   -AntiToxin: from town
   -Spoil: Iron Blade, Halberd, Elixir

-Strategy:
 Okay, there are two strategies for this one.
  1)The fast way: Actually USE Seth for once. Don't bother doing anything
 just have him charge the north-east corner where Novala is. Have him beat
 up Novala. This will get you through easily and fast but you'll miss a lot
 of EXP.
  2)The LONG way: Don't use Seth unless needed. Play the defensive but send
 a STRONG squad to rescue and keep safe the villagers. Beware of a few
 Cavaliers that go around the hills and strike from the north. I'd suggest
 Vanessa for the rescue if you've leveled her. If not send her AND back-up.
 The spiders reach the villagers sight within a few turns.

-Boss:
 Name-Novala
 Class-Shaman
 Lvl-10
 Equip-Flux

-Post-Story:
 The grateful villagers (if they survived) will give you an Orion's Bolt.
 It's the class up item for Neimi. You can use it as soon as she's Lvl 10
 but I�d suggest until 20. That's the highest Lvl she can go. That way she
 can go up to Lvl 40 instead of 30 (For more info please see the Classes
 section) Novala spills the info that Ephraim is being held captive at
 Renvall. Eirika hurries to aid him. . .

                       Chapter 7, Waterside Renvall (ch07)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Difficulty Level:1/5

-Story:
 You've finally reached Renvall! Now you must take on the mighty Murray's 
 Brigade! Phhp, this guy is such a pansy.

-Objective- Seize the gate of Renvall!

-Items:
   -Spoil: Pure Water, Knight's Crest
   -Theft: Energy Ring

-Strategy:
 This guy is a lame-o! This mission is just EXP gaining to your weak. BUT:
 any archer or sniper can use the ballistae (the bow+machine thing) and it 
 drastically increases their range. Make sure to keep Vanessa away from
 the enemy one. Also, one of the mages has an energy ring. Which increases
 attack when used. You need to have Colm steal it.

-Boss:
 Name-Murray
 Class-Cavalier
 Lvl-12
 Equip-Steel Sword, Javelin, Spoil: Knight's Crest

-Post-Story:
 You enter the castle and meet Orson? He says he had barely escaped and
 would lead you to Ephraim. Seth becomes suspicious but lets Orson lead
 them. You GOTTA read the conversation that happens when they get to the
 lower level! Seth makes a fool of Orson! Which in turn brings out Tirado
 (boss). Orson turns red and runs off to his wife. And Tirado retreats to
 the throne and blows up the bridge after telling you Ephraim had in fact,
 escaped. Time to battle!

                       Chapter 8, It's a trap! (ch08)

 So, you get back, Innes gets there too, blah blah blah. Ephraim decides
 to head to Grado on a frontal assault, Innes decides to go to Jehanna to
 warn them about Grado wanting to destroy the Sacred Stones. And Eirika
 goes to Rausten for the same reason. The choice is in strategy:

-Items:
   -10,000 gold: from King Hayden

-Strategy:
  Eirika's route:
     Kinda easier. You stick north and get Innes in 2 chapters. Go here
     if you want an easier route. You meet up with Ephraim again in Ch.15
  Ephraim's route:
     The harder route. You fight a ghost ship, in the capital of Grado,
     and get General Duessel in Ch.10. (It's a pain, however to do so AND
     get Cormag)

-Post-Story:
 Once you've chosen whoever was not originally with you (Forde and Kyle
 if you choose Eirika's route) will say that the other sibling is
 traveling with a bunch of nameless soldiers from Frelia and they were
 told to go with you. YAY! When the cut scenes end you get two MORE
 surprises! There are now random battles! And the Tower of Valni is open!
 Use it for EASY leveling! I get 1-4 levels each time even with a Lvl
 18-19 character! The first floor is level heaven! (See Valni
 Tower/Lagdou Ruins section for more info)

-Story:
 You've started off on your journey and that takes us here. There really
 isn't much of a reason you did.

-Objective-Seize the Throne

   -Tana: turn 1, auto but jailed
   -Amelia: turn 1, talk to Ephraim or Franz

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 3: 2 enemies from southeast
   -turn 5: 1 enemy from southwest stairs
   -turn 9: 2 enemies from north
   -turn 13-15: 3 enemies from southeast, 1 from northeast

-Items:
   -Restore Wand: from north-west chest
   -2500 gold: from north chest
   -Ocean Seal: from north-east chest
   -Red Gem: Steal from Enemy

-Strategy:
 I only have two things to say: Watch out for the sleep wands and be
 prepared when you open the gate. When you do, EVERYBODY in there charges!
 (Including Amelia) so be prepared! Also, Amelia is a trainee class like
 Ross so keep her safe from stuff. Overall that one passage is a killer.
 If you get through there all right the rest is easier. The ocean seal
 can be used on Colm. DO NOT promote him into an Rogue! Turn him into a
 Assassin. Why? Because Assassins can insta-kill stuff. It's called
 silencer and has you critical sometimes turn into instant death no matter
 what. I had somebody killed this way when the dmg said '0'. The chances
 of this are: Critical% / 2. That's about 1 in 4 with a Killing Edge!

-Boss:

 Equip-Iron Axe, Killer Axe (Whichever one he doesn't have equipped is
 spoil)

-Post-Story:
 You don't get much out of Ephraim, instead the cut scenes are at the
 Grado Capital. It mostly has this: Duessel gets sent to blow us away
 and voices his opinion to the king (and Lyon) quite a few times. When
 he leaves, Selena is sent to destroy him.

-Story:
 To make a long story short, Duessel meets with Selena who engages with him, 
 Cormag helps Selena to do so. You arrive from the north and say 'Charge!!!'

-Objective- Protect Duessel for 10 turns

-New Characters:
   -Duessel: turn 1, talk to Ephraim
   -Cormag: turn 1, talk to Duessel

-Items:
   -Torch Wand: from north house
   -Hero Crest: from South house
   -Spoil: Killing Edge, Armor Slayer, Lance Reaver, Secret Book
   -Stupid Spoil: if you kill Cormag you get an Elysian Whip, if you
    RECRUIT him you get him AND the whip!

-Strategy:
 Ugh, this mission is a ROYAL pain and is one of the two that takes me
 multiple tries on a regular basis. If that's not true for you then good
 for you. How I solve it is to Take all of my strong people except two and
 go AS FAST AS POSSIBLE towards Duessel (make sure Ephraim's with them). It
 actually works better if you have a high level Peg or horse unit to carry
 him along. Recruit Duessel ASAP and get him in a position to recruit Cormag
 when he starts to charge around turn 3-5. Have somebody visit at least the
 southern house to get the Hero Crest. After you've recruited both people,
 do whatever. The hard part of the mission is over! (Don't kill the boss
 until Cormag and Duessel are recruited)

-Post-Story:
 You talk to Duessel to try to get some answers. When all you get is
 questions. You find out that Lyon made a Dark Stone out of Grado's Sacred

 no?

                       Chapter 11, Phantom Ship (ep11)

-Difficulty Level:2/5

-Story:
 So, you get on your ship. But not after La'rchel, Rennac, and Dolza come
 and say there's a Phantom Ship about. In the next cut scene we see Ephraim
 and Myrrh talking. They get interrupted by Seth. Who says there's another
 ship following them. But the fogs so thick all they can tell is the crew
 doesn't seem altogether human. Ephraim knows hat this means and yells at
 everyone to prepare to face the monstrosities!

-Objective- Maul the enemies!

-New Characters:
   -La'rchel: turn 5, talk to Ephraim
   -Dolza: turn 5, talk to La'rchel

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 3: 2 enemies from all corners (the eye-things)
   -turn 3: ship tries to board you. Planks allow them to do so.

   -turn 5: Boss and two lackeys from west
   -turn 10: South Ship enters screen (enemies from stairs)

-Strategy:
 This mission is A LOT easier if you have 2+ leveled fliers (about Lvl
 15 at least). And have them route out the enemy fliers that surround
 your party. If not, protect the people with weak defense and be
 prepared to be assaulted on ALL sides relentlessly. As soon as the
 bridge opens to the 2nd ship Do the best you can to get Ephraim to the
 east side of it so he'll be ready for the two Allies in two turns.
 La'Archel can't attack and gets mauled easy, Dolza is using an axe
 with only like 15 uses. At the same time their ship comes up, send a
 REALLY good unit to take care of the boss and his lackeys from the
 opposite direction. As well as killing everything as fast as possible.
 If you kill everything before the final boat comes, you don't have
 to face it.

 SO, you land at a peaceful Serafew-looking town and guess what? Soldiers
 ambush you! And to make it EVEN better, Riev comes to take away Caellach
 and add monsters!

   -Marisa: turn 1, talk to Ewan
   -Ewan: turn 1, visit the north-west red-roofed house

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 2: X enemies from EVERYWHERE!! (the monsters)

   -Spoil: Guiding Ring, Elfire, Horse Slayer, Sword Slayer

-Strategy:
 Send a few good units right and the rest left. The right team should
 take out the boat and then go up and left to meet up with the Left.
 (Without bothering Marisa). The Left should go up, recruit Ewan and
 wipe out anything not in Marisa's range. Then send everyone to the
 south-entrance to the Boss/Marisa area and lure her into Ewan's talk
 range with somebody that has no weapons and a nice defense. Use anybody
 to wipe out the easy boss.

 You secure the perimeter and find out that Myrrh is missing! Ephraim

-Story:
 Myrrh is currently however, talking to Selena. Oh great. She asks for her
 stone back and Selena decides to ask why. Myrrh asks if anyone around her
 has acted different than usual. Selena gasps and says how did you know?
 Myrrh explains (it's skipped by a screen blackout) and Selena says she
 can't believe it and IF she wants her stone; To tell Ephraim to fight her
 for it then lets Myrrh go.

-Objective- Defeat all enemies!

-New Characters:
   -Gerik and Tethys: turn 1, none

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 3,4,5: enemies from all over the south (including town destroyers!)

-Items:
   -Barrier: from west village
   -Talisman: from east village

-Strategy:
 Sometimes there's fog; Sometimes there isn't. If there isn't, this mission
 is a 1/5 difficulty. If there is fog it gets a 2. Overall, there's 2 ways
 to beat this mission:
  1)Play the defensive. Block the two entrances to the north area and wait it 
    out. You lose the towns this way.
  2)Play the offensive. Head strait for both towns and get their items pronto. 
    Then take out everyone moving in to Selena.

-Story:
 So, you've finally reached Grado Keep. Now, it's time to tear it down.

-Objective- Seize the throne!

-New Characters:
   -Rennac: turn 2, talk to La'rchel

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 2,3,4: 2 enemies each from east and west (right below the doors)
   -turn 7,8,9: 2 enemies each from North east and North west.

-Items:
   -Guiding Ring: from south chest
   -10,000 gold: from south chest
   -Hammnerne: from south chest
   -Angelic Robe: from north-west chest
   -Spear: from north-east chest
   -SPOIL: Knight Crest, Red Gem, Sleep Wand, Door Keys x4, Chest Key,
           Long Bow, Sword Reaver, body ring (steal)

-Strategy:
 Ugh, this one might take two tries. You have two ways to do this and
 still get Rennac. Either way your party starts and/or stays separated
 for a while. Use your left party (including somebody VERY strong and
 La'rchel) shoot strait up as fast as possible leaving one or two people
 to guard the area where reinforcements come from. Use your strongest
 people to unlock the door (don't kill the bowmen to the left) and ready
 the area to get Rennac. The left bowmen has a body ring you can STEAL.
 Switching back to the right party you can either have them unlock their
 own damn door or have them go over to the left one. Either way works.
 Grab the Southern treasure on the way though. Back to the IMPORTANT
 party here, after you've got the body ring and Rennac, go to where 
 the bowmen was, as close to the pathway you came up as possible. Make
 sure you have the member card Rennac had and what? There's a SECRET
 option! This is a secret shop! You can get just about anything here!
 After you've stocked up go and kill off the Druids above before they
 get a Berserk off. That can screw you. After that, take out Vigarde
 carefully. He's strong!

-Extra Info:
  Strategy to get Rennac
   BEWARE! This is from memory!
 You start out as two groups, change that. at the very beginning set up
 a wall at the bottom to prevent the reinforcements from the mid-bottom
 right to pincer you're left group, they're pivital. You should be able
 to do it with 2 people by clogging the hallway. L'Archel and anybody
 else who you need and/or is strong needs to be on the left, if you
 can't fit them, have the horsemen start on the right and charge them
 over. Next, set up another wall at the mid-bottom left reinforcement
 area. You still need good people left, so choose people you don't
 need. Unlock the door and kill everything there, use a long range to
 kill the archers in the holes. I think one had a longbow. To kill
 him, make him step up to the side using live bait, then move in for
 the kill.then secure the area. Rennac will run OFF the map after a
 few turns, so you don't have much leeway to mess up. Camp there, if
 you're L'Archel sucks, make sure you have a godly mover beside her.
 When Rennac gets close, watch his movement range, don't fight him.
 Once he's as close as he'll get, rush in with L'Archel, and then evac
 them back with runners if you have to.

 You find Lyon, who admits to killing your father and generally acts
 like an ass. He runs off and you get word from Seth that there was a

 up to you and asks if his execution was moved up a day (o_O)? You act
 astonished and ask him why. He says that that's an odd question for an
 executioner. Again (o_O)? He then tells you a bit more about the time
 that the Dark Stone was made and one more vital piece of info. Vigarde
 DIED. Lyon, unable to cope, bought him back with the Dark Stone. He joins
 you and then you get terrible news. Eirika has been ambushed by Caellach
 AND Valter. Ephraim decides to charge. . . .:Skip to mission 15:.

-Story:
 So, you have chosen the easier route. Just a battle or two before and
 after a ride on a luxury ship. Unless you count the fact that, all the
 ships are grounded due to being scared about a ship of monsters. Then
 you have to take the long route around, through Carcino. Lucky you, Tana
 decides to join your cause.

-Objective- Beat up (all) the enemies!

-New Characters:
   -Tana: turn 1, auto
   -Amelia: turn 5, talk to Eirika or Franz

-Reinforcements:
   -lots of enemies from north and south during first turns
   -turn 5, a few enemies from south-west (Amelia included)

-Items:
   -DragonShield: from west house
   -Rapier: from south house
   -SPOIL: AxeReaver, Killing Edge, Ocean Seal, Elfire

-Strategy:
 Well, uh. . . Lets do this: Split your party into two groups in your
 mind. One of them being the stronger group (in terms of defense mostly)
 and one of the weaker ones with a stronger one or two for protection.
 Then add Eirika and Franz to the strong group. Have the strong group
 (hereby referred to as team 1 rush to just south of the first town. Have
 Team 2 follow suit or stay back and play the defensive (I played
 defensive). Once Amelia shows up have Eirika talk to her and then get
 at least Amelia out of the enemy's range. She's weaker than Ross (when
 you first got him) at this point. Once the reinforcements fade away
 rejoin Team 1 and 2 and take out the boss for easy EXP.

-Story:
 So you've started to go the long way around. Going through mountainous
 terrain to not attract attention. Unfortunately, Innes, who had gone the
 same path, didn't. The council has been corrupted. Pablo has taken over
 his fellow council to side with Grado. And Innes just happened to walk in
 on his plan to kill off one who's in hiding at the nearby estate. And
 guess what! You walk in on it too!

-Objective- Seize the gate!

-New Characters:
   -Innes: turn 1, talk to Tana or Eirika
   -Gerik: turn 1, talk to Innes
   -Tethys: turn 1, talk to Gerik
   -Marisa: turn 1, talk to Gerik

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 4: enemies from South west and southeast (Cavalier and Peg Knight)

-Items:
   -SPOIL: Guiding Ring, Longbow, Torch Wand, Door Key, Lance Reaver,
           Killer Axe

-Strategy:
 *Rubs eyes* This mission may start bad (REALLY bad) but it ends up
 getting much better. Don't bother taking a thief, there's a spoil door
 key for the gate thing. Split your force. One team must include Eirika OR
 Tana. That team should run as fast as possible to recruit Innes and co.
 For after a turn or two, they'll charge southward. Which means you'll
 lose some of them and Marisa too. As soon as Innes and co are with you,
 prepare for Marisa, she'll charge toward that team. Gerik needs to talk
 to her. Her critical is VERY good and she has a weapon better than the
 Killing Edge. So get her in YOUR range. NOT vise-versa. Team two should
 protect your rear end. Use the Area between for your weak units and your
 healer. As soon as stuff settles down, Go through the gate. Kill the 
 ballistae and the Mymridrin first. Go to the Arena, check the houses,
 and take care of Pablo. I used Lute. Who by then was a Lvl 1 Mage
 Knight. But really any unit with a semi-good resistance will do.

-Boss:

 Equip-Divine, Guiding Ring (spoil!)

-Post-Story:
 You beat Pablo! (He comes back later) And you rescued the council
 member! Good for you! Now you can continue on! But on your way to Rausten

                       Chapter 11, Creeping Darkness (er11)

-Story:
 You seem to have come across an old, abandoned castle with the help of a
 young mage. Except, it obviously looks like a haunted castle. The shadows
 of monsters confirm this. Time for monster beat down!

-Objective- Beat up all the monsters!

-New Characters:
   -L'archel: turn 1, talk to Eirika
   -Dolza: turn 1, talk to La'rchel

-Reinforcements:
   -turn X: enemies from various locations to the east. I do not like
            fog of war.
-Items:
   -Restore: from west chest
   -Short Spear: from center chest
   -Secret Book: from east chest
   -SPOIL: 2 chest keys

-Strategy:
 This mission is cake, the monsters SUCK. Just three things: 1)Bring a
 Thief. You have three chests and two chest keys, also they do
 wonderfully in FOW. 2) Make sure to not kill all the enemies before you
 raid all the chests, you'll be surprised. 3) RUN to La'rchel, she's a
 white mage type class and cannot defend herself. Also, Dolza has an
 Axe with only about 15 hits to it. They don't survive for long.

-Post-Story:
 You've almost to the young mage's village. Where you can rest and get 
 directions for the rest of your trip. The party is happy because they're

   -Amelia: (If you missed her a few chapters ago) talk to Eirika or Franz

 Put up defenses to the west and east, put Eirika in the center. Make
 sure lots of strong units are to the east. When Cormag comes, recruit
 him. You then have 4 turns to kill Aias. If it takes longer, you get to
 face Pablo. But I  suggest just killing Aias. After that, the mission ends.

 You finally get to Jehanna. But before you can speak with Ismaire, Her

-Story:
 But before Carlyle can go off on his twisted dream, Lyon and Caellach
 show up and tell him he must kill us first. While they interrogate
 Ismaire about her stone. Lyon leaves, leaving it to Caellach.

   -Rennac: turn 1, talk to Eirika or La'rchel (If Eirika there's a fine)

 The prices are inflated and in the next mission you get a 50% off coupon
 that's re-usable. Blow the boss off the face of the planet from a range.
 That critical % of his goes way down and his Magic attack sucks.

 The gets crushed. The queen she says she wished to see her son, Joshua

 So, you enter the battlefield to find out two things. 1)Jehanna hall is

 your in Eirika's route its Ephraim, Duessel, and Knoll from south-west).
 2) It's sandy (look at strategy for importance).

-Objective-Defeat all enemies!

-New Characters: if Eirika's route then replace w/ 3 units said above

-Strategy:
 Groan. . . Okay, this is really annoying! And starts REALLY bad! The
 sand makes any non-flying or magic using unit slow down immensely!
 Now depending on which route you came from the body of your forces
 may be north or south. Either way get all of your units to Ephraim's
 starting point ASAP (south-west). Also make a defensible position out
 of it even from flyers. Use flyers and mages to carry units from the
 north down. After that, send out some STRONG units to take out stuff.
 LEAVE VALTER ALONE!!! This is vital! Take out the reinforcements and
 Caellach and whatever else is in your way. After everyone EXCEPT
 Valter is dead do the Hidden Items section of this mission. THEN kill
 off Valter. NOTE: You need someone with a high luck, a thief/rogue,
 and a flier for this mission. NOTE 2: Use the Rogue to steal
 the Guiding Ring from the Shaman near Valter.

-Story:
 You are heading towards Rausten, because Eirika couldn't do it herself
 and Ephraim wants to find Lyon. Unfortunately for you, you do. And he
 reveals himself as the Demon King. Oh great, the terror from generations
 past is back. Here's what happened (including spoilers from last
 mission!): While Lyon was looking into using Grado's Sacred Stone for
 good (it had the Demon King's soul in it) Vigarde had fallen ill. When
 he died, Lyon couldn't cope and resurrected him with the dark Stone.
 The Dark Stone is the part of the Sacred Stone that the Demon King was in.
 Lyon shattered the other half, saying there was no use for it. Now, the
 Demon King had it's hold on Lyon. He orders the invasion blah blah blah...
 (In Eirika's story you see Lyon trying to retake his body) But there was
 another reason that Lyon shared with nobody about him making the Dark
 Stone. Grado would soon have a massive landslide and half the continent
 would be sunk with a bunch of Grado's population. Lyon is heading to
 the Dark Temple in Rausten (where the Demon King had died) to try to
 avert this disaster. He NEVER tells anybody in his entire (short) life!
 But, back to the present, he's trying to kill you.

 border, send 1-2 people up to the northwest to attract and kill the
 Wyverns, and 1-3 to the northeast to defend from the Druids, get the
 awesome spoil, and when done with that, kill Lyon. The rest should
 stay in the center and defend for their lives. Reinforcements are
 everywhere this mission so never let your guard down!

 Innes's trackers have tracked Lyon to a region that looks to me like a
 volcano. While it's erupting. Anyway, it seems that Lyon has led us into
 a trap. There are Gorgons EVERYWHERE (You will soon fear their name).

-Objective-Defeat all the monsters! (and the eggs)

-Reinforcements:
   -turn 1-END: enemies from the eggs

-Strategy:
 Look around and you will see weird tiles, Snakes and eggs. The weird
 tiles shoot up fire whenever you end your turn on them (they hurt enemies
 too). The eggs gain 5 HP a turn until their at full health, then they
 become Gorgons. The Gorgons can equip three moves. One is basically a
 Purge. Another is called Stone. This will make a character unable to
 do anything for 5 turns. The last is Demon Surge. A basic Dark Magic
 Attack. But if the opponent has been successfully stoned ( =P )
 then it will do MASSIVE damage. Fun Lvl huh? The gorgon eggs should be
 taken out ASAP. Then come the Gorgons WITHOUT stone. Staying away from
 the ones with it, make your way up sniping anything with stone without
 getting hit by it. Stone has a three-square range so longbows won't do
 so well. I can only suggest being VERY careful. That's how you beat it.

 It's fog of war, protect the moron, split party, AND massive forces!
 Ahh! However, it can become easy if you take the harder route in the
 beginning. DO NOT kill Riev until you have all the treasure! It's
 really good! Make sure you bring two Rogues or the equivalent with
 you! The three that start out seperated should be fast and very
 strong. But your 3 strongest should be with the south group (along
 with the Rogues). Turn 1) Send the north team ASAP to the hallway
 connecting the south to the north part of the building. Have them
 stay there and block ANYTHING that comes southward. (it should take
 2-3 turns to get them in position). The south team should be split into
 three groups. One goes southeast and stays there. They should kill the
 reinforcements, and grab treasure. Team 2 should be the three BEST people
 you have. And a healer. Send them to the top of the stairs directly south
 and block the WAVES of people going through there. The third should be
 there to replace somebody who gets injured badly. The third team should
 secure the area within your new borders. But two of them should go to
 get the western treasure quickly. As soon as the treasure Is gone and
 you feel ready. You can try to take out Riev. If your don't want to,
 sit tight. SECRET SHOP: Directly east of Mansel is a small dead end that
 is above the treasure chests. Go to the end of it with the Silver Card
 to get REALLY good items, class-up items and the such. If you spent all
 your money on the one in Chapter 14, gawk at 50% off EVERY item. Remember,
 I told you to wait.

 If you killed Riev, they retreat, if you didn't then Riev retreats as

 different section of this guide. The Temple is where the LAST missions
 are. So stock up and save! This is it!

 BEFORE YOU START: bring a rogue! There's two treasures and one key!
 EVEN MORE IMPORTANT: The team you choose here CANNOT be changed between
 this and the next mission! So be prepared for that! ALSO! Equip your
 legendary weapons NOW! Okay, the two Gorgons guarding the chests have
 stone so be careful. Two of the northern gorgons have stone two. But
 they don't move. The two dragons however do. Be VERY careful of them.
 The mission isn't really that hard. Until you get near Lyon. DO NOT
 go up the stairs! Do not go ON the stairs! You want to? Then you will
 get about 10 turns of Skeletons coming from the north. Not that bad?
 It pretty much blows away your weapons. Which is never good. How to
 win: Option 1:Eclipse Lyon until low health, kill. Option 2: Attack
 Lyon, rescue unit and bring everybody back behind the imaginary line.

 range! He can move! Once all the monsters are gone set up in one of a

  2)Harder but not as likely to kill off you Hammnerne: Gather three to
 four people just outside of his range. The one that is going to attack
 him should be able to live through it and be rescued by all (or most)
 of the others. So they should be horsemen or the such. Attack! Then
 use person #2 to rescue and go back as far as possible. If needed use
 the others to help get everybody back. Rinse and Repeat.

-General Information:
         Classes are what your characters are. It defines what weapons they
use, their stat growth, and their abilities. (Newly added to Fire Emblem)
Only three units start out at the first class. Most start out on the
second. And a few on the third.

-How to do a class-up:
         From first to second:
                        Bring desired unit to lvl 10 (it's the max lvl)
                        and enter a battle. Before the preperations start
                        you get the class-up screen. (It can be a random
                        battle or at the Tower or Ruins)
         From second to third:
                        Bring desired unit to lvl 10-20. (20 recommended)
                        and give the desired unit the class-up item that
                        will bring them up a class. Then go to the item
                        screen in battle (Manage items out of battle)
                        and select the item. The screen will come up.

-The class-up screen:
 The class-up screen will show you two jobs to choose from. Each with their
 own strengths and weaknesses and all covered here.

These are skills of classes contributed by DevilGene

1. Silencer- Assassin skill: 


Silencer is an automatic kill skill. If it happens,
   the target is killed, 
simple as that. Chances of occurrence is half your critical
   hit percentage 
points. 

2. Great Shield- General skill: 


Great Shield makes it so that your character receives
   no damage at all from 
the attack thrown at it. Chances of occurrence is the number
   of the 
attacking enemy's skill points. 

3. Sure Shot- Sniper skill
: 
Sure Shot makes the hit percentage of the attack 100%.
   Chances of 
occurrence is the same as your Sniper's level. 

4. Pierce- Wyvern Knight skill: 


Pierce makes it so your attack ignores the defense
   of the enemy. Chances of 
occurrence is the same as your Wyvern Knight's level.
   Can cause glitch, in 
some cases. Turn off animation to negate glitch possibility. 

5. Slayer - Bishop skill: 


Slayer triples the might of a spellbook, or tome, when a
   Bishop is 
attacking a monster. Always in effect. 

6. Extra Vision- Assassin, Thief, and Rogue skills
: 
More than doubles the vision of
   these three kinds of units. It goes from 
three spaces away to eight. Always in
   effect. 

7. Steal- Thief and Rogue skill: 


Allows Thieves and Rogues to steal items in green
   from enemies that are 
adjacent to them. To succeed, the target's speed must be
   equal or lower 
than the unit stealing.

     durability, When used the durability decreases by one per hit. Once it

 This section will cover the little known and secret stuff of FESS. (+some
 general stuff) Not really much to explain except read this stuff BEFORE
 you PM or mail me a question!

   Secret Characters:
      Secret Characters can be obtained from going through Valni Tower and
      Lagdou Ruins after beating the Final Mission. Once you complete
      below said levels you get the person. For those people obtained on
      the final floor you have to re-enter to obtain them. Here's where to
      get them:

         Triangle Attack:
            How to do it:
             Surround an enemy unit with either two Generals or 
             Pegasus/Falcon/Wyvern Knights then have another (of the
             same set) attack the surrounded unit. You'll get 100% hit
             and critical chances!
            Exception: If there's a Wyvern Knight (s)he must be third.

   Terrain: (Credit to DevilGene)
     Terrain is a very important part of any strategy game, and FE:SS
     is no different. You will need to be aware of your surroundings
     throughout the game, or you will find yourself with a game over
     screen. Let's take a look at all the games different terrain:
 
 Plains: Defense-0, Avoid-0.
     This means that your characters defense will not be bolstered in
     any amount, and that you will have no evasion for the upcoming
     attack. This was the example, the rest will just be the stats.

   Glitches: (Credit to DevilGene of Neoseeker)
     Teach Dark Magic to any character:
      To teach anyone Dark Magic, you need to be able to go to Neleras
      Peak.

      Once you are there, make sure you have two or three strong
      characters WITHOUT weapons and your main Lord. Place the unarmed
      characters around one of the flame traps and wait for your enemy
      to attack them.

      Then, the evil part starts. Between when the battle animation ends
      and the enemy turns gray, reset the game. If this is done right
      then the enemy will go gray and you will be in control of the
      enemies. Then get two Stones sent down from Gorgons straight to
      the supply convoy. Once you've done that, retreat. Then go to the
      Tower of Valni and give the Stones to the character whom you want
      to teach Dark Magic, and make them use the Stones on the monsters.
      Once both Stones are used up, your character Should be able to use
      Flux.

      Now enjoy building up to giving that character Naglfar!

      Glitch Warning:

      Always keep battle animations off when using Tethys (Yes she can
      learn Dark Magic), as if she double attacks and the animations
      are on, the game will freeze.

     Control your enemy/take their weapons:
      The following glitch is similar to the Phantom Glitch but works
      without a Phantom so is by definition more convenient.

       Requirements:

        -The main lord (Eirika if you're on her quest, Ephraim if
         you're on his quest)

        -A unit without weapons (ie, unable to attack)

        -A map with action tiles. Action tiles are Fire tiles, snag
         (the log that's cut to make a bridge, has to be the tile that
         has the log, not the bridge), or Gorgon Eggs

        -Must be a skirmish or a Tower/Ruin map,cannot be a mission map

      Have an enemy attack a character without a weapon, with the enemy
      standing on the action tile. Just as the health bars and/or
      experience vanish (this works best with animation off), soft
      reset your game. When you resume, the enemy that's attacking will
      fade out, leaving you control to any enemy who has not moved.
      Move an enemy near your main character to deposit its weapons
      into your supply convoy. Also, you can discard the enemy items,
      trade them (a zombie can hold an axe but cannot use it), move
      them or do anything you like.

      However, this requires planning as the enemy has to be able to
      access your main character if you want to deposit, since they
      cannot trade with your characters

      A 2nd 'Dark Magic' glitch: (Credit to Eliwood the Slayer)
      To activate the glitch, have a user with no weapons next to a
      fire tile (two faces of evil level) Have the enemy attack you
      on the fire tile. Before the enemy grays out but after the
      animation is done, reset the level. If done correctly, you will
      control the enemies. Have a gorgon with two stones go to Eirika
      (or ephraim) to supply and give the stones to the supply.
      Retreat and have someone equip the two stones. Only attack with
      it once every two turns (if done two times with two turns, you
      won't get weapon level increase) Keep using the stones until
      you your dark mage level is D. Have fun using dark magic! 

NOTE: If the glitch is used on melee users, the weapon levels changes
      to magic levels. DO NOT DOUBLE ATTACK WITH TETHYS! If done,
      this will freeze the game. (Cause: Tethys doesn't have a second
      animation attack). This is a glitch. Do not blame us if your
      game is jacked up. You took the risk.

Infinite Swiftsoles: (Credit to Kiyoto)
      (you have to defeat the game first) 1) Enter the Antient ruins with 
      Tethys or another character with five movement as your first unit. 
      2) With Tethys, press a to move the her. Move right, up, left, left, 
      down, down. The blue arrow sowing where you are going to move should 
      be either pointing left then down or down then left (for these purposes 
      it does not matter). 3) Repeat step 2 twelve more times for a total 
      of thirteen times. 4) Retreat and reenter three times. 5) There should 
      be a Wight with a green swiftsole in its inventory so once you kill 
      the wight you will get it. 6) Repeat as desired. 

Fast money: (Credit to Kiyoto)
      (you have to defeat the game first) 1) Enter the Antient ruins. 
      2) Retreat and reenter. 3) There should be a few Wight with a green 
      brave sword, brave bow, and Orion's Bolt 4) Sell the brave sword and 
      brave bow for 3750G and the Orion's Bolt for 5000G for a total of 
      12500G (enough for 3 upgrades with the Silver Card). 5) Repeat as 
      desired.

 Thoughts- Good if you train him, but at a low level his defense
 sucks so it's best to protect him a bit more than other cavaliers.

 during the War of the Stones. His generous nature and easy smile made
 him a favorite among the people.

 Thoughts- a very good 'wall' His defense when you lvl him skyrockets
 past most. However in the beginning he's just a slow cumbersome lancer.

 the crown as a faithful knight. His imposing countenance was said to
 strike fear in the hearts of even the most arrogant and brash of
 Frelia's new recruits.

 Information- A loyal and strict pegasus rider of Frelia.
 Thoughts- REALLY weak. But a good errand runner. Make sure to keep
 her away from archers and units in general.

 Her beauty and determination became the standard to which her fellow
 knights aspired.

 Thoughts-An EXTREMLY good character, instead of a 40 lv cap he gets
 a lv 50 cap.

 He returned to Ide, village of his youth, and helped rebuild it after
 the bandit attack that brought it to ruin. Years later, he set out on
 his own to perfect his fighting skill and hone both body and spirit.

 Information- Father of Ross. Used to be one of the best fighters
 Renais had until he left the army to raise his son.
 Thoughts- He doesn't live up to his background very well. Ross is
 a better choice.

 He returned to Ide to help with its reconstruction after the bandit
 attack. Afterward, he reenlisted in the army, serving Renais as a
 troop leader. His strength, valor, and experience inspired many.

Neimi:

 Information- A crybaby. She's known Colm a very long time.
 Thoughts- She's good, when she's a high level. Innes is a better choice.

 She returned to her village and passed her days in peace and quiet.
 Years later, she traveled to the capital of Renais as an archery
 instructor for their military. She never could resist a good cry.

Colm:

 Information- A thief who doesn't really like to see Neimi cry. Which
 she does a lot.
 Thoughts- A VERY good thief and the only one you'll have for a while.
 train him well and NEVER let him die.

 He politely refused an invitation to become a spy for Renais,
 returning instead to his hometown. He spent the rest of his days as
 a chivalrous rogue helping those in need from the shadows.

 Information-Lives in the same town as Lute. He's a pious man through and 
 through.
 Thoughts-I never really used him. Then again, i never really liked white
 magic.

 Artur moved to Renais to help rebuild the shattered country.
 He worked without rest to ease the pain and grief of those who
 suffered during the war. His self-sacrifice made him into a folk
 hero among the peasantry.

 Information-A know-it-all who actually does. She can site any line in a
 book, tell the page/paragraph/line in a second. She believes she's a
 prodigy. (She's right)

 After the War of the Stones, Lute returned to Renais to continue her
 arcane studies. She spent far less time locked in her library,
 preferring now to explore the outside world. She grew into a great
 and well-traveled sage.

Natasha:
 Class-Female Cleric
 Recruited-Ch.5

 Information-Assistant to a mage of Grado. She runs away to try to get
 somebody to listen to her story. Story: Her master was executed for
 knowing too much. Emperor Vigarde hasn't been himself lately either...
 Thoughts-She's one of your two choices for a healer early in the game.
 Choose her or Moulder, it doesn't matter much which you choose.
Ending:
  Natasha, Sacred Healer
 Once the war was over, Natasha returned to Grado to help rebuild
 the empire. She dedicated herself to easing the grief of those
 families that lost soldiers during the war.

 Information-A man who leaves everything up to chance and luck of the

 years after the war ended. She never lost her...unique perspective

 men sought to challenge her to a duel, and none of them stood up to
 her blade.

 By-Whoever visit's the house below the store in Ephraim's route and
 whoever visits the small house in Eirika's .
 Information-A pupil of Saleh.
 Thoughts- He's great as any type of mage. Use him as needed.
Ending:
  Ewan, Enthusiastic Student
 Ewan continued his studies, modeling his life after the teachings of
 Saleh. Eventually, his education branched off into different paths.
 His insatiable curiosity led him on a trip to explore the world.

Gerik:
 Class-Mercenary
 Recruited-Ch.10 Eirika, Ch 13 Ephraim
 By-Innes,               none
 Information-The leader of a band of mercenaries.
 Thoughts-A good swordfighter but not so good with axes.
Ending:
  Gerik, the Desert Tiger
 Gerik continued as a mercenary. Over the years, his reputation
 grew so great that he had more job offers than he could handle.
 One day, without warning, he left, never to return.

Tethys:
 Class-Dancer
 Recruited-Ch.10 Eirika, 13 Ephraim
 By-Gerik,               none
 Information-A dancer that hangs around Gerik.
 Thoughts- The ONLY dancer you can get. She allows people to have second
 turns and is VERY useful.
Ending:
  Tethys, Beloved Dancer
 She danced from city to city, and the entire continent became
 her stage. Her fame grew and grew, and large crowds
 gathered wherever she performed.

Innes:
 Class-Sniper
 Recruited-Ch.10 Eirika, Ch 13 Ephraim
 By-Tana/Eirika,         none
 Information-He's the prince of Frelia and wants to be the best at
 everything. Also is Tana's brother.
 Thoughts-A good archer if you need one.
Ending:
  Innes, King and Strategician
 As time went on, he succeeded his father, Hayden, as king of
 Frelia. His resourcefulness and tactical prowess helped him build
 a court of loyal vassals that served to lead the country to greater
 prosperity.

Rennac:
 Class-Rogue
 Recruited-Ch.14
 By-Eirika/Ephraim/La'rchel
 Information-He acts like he doesn't like it but he seems to like
 following L'archel around.
 Thoughts-Rogues are good in general, he's no exception.
Ending:
  Rennac, Rich merchant?
 L'Arachel summoned Rennac back to Rausten, and he was forced to
 return. He was never able to escape his service to the self-centered
 princess who became queen. Admittedly, he didn't try very hard.

Knoll:
 Class-Shaman
 Recruited-Ch.15 Eirika, 14 Ephraim
 By-none,                none
 Information-Used to work for the emperor before he was put on death row.
 Thoughts-one of the only shamans you can get, don't let him die.
Ending:
  Knoll, Watcher of Darkness
 Knoll returned to Grado, where he dedicated himself to rebuilding it
 and fulfilling Lyon's vision. When the country was restored to its
 former glory, he disappeared without a trace, never to be seen again.

Myrrh:
 Class-Manakete
 Recruited-Ch.16
 By-none
 Information-A half human race, also known as the Great Dragon.
 Thoughts-She can only attack 50 times so use her amazing powers wisely!
Ending:
  Myrrh, the Great Dragon
 After bidding her farewells to Ephraim, she returned to Darkling
 Woods. She lived a long and full life, served by the people of
 Caer Pelyn and comforted by the memories of her dear friends.

Saleh:
 Class-Sage
 Recruited-Ch.12 Eirika, 15 Ephraim
 By-none,                none
 Information-From a small village to the north. He escorts the Great
 Dragon southward but they get separated along the way.
 Thoughts-Not as good a sage as Pent (FE-7) but he is good enough
 to be used.
Ending:
  Saleh, the Well of Wisdom
 Saleh returned to Caer Pelyn, where he remained a faithful servant
 of the Manakete. His days were not spent in isolation, though. Many
 of the friends he met during the War of the Stones came to visit
 his village.

Syrene:
 Class-Falco-Knight
 Recruited-Ch.17
 By-Innes
 Information-A PegKnight of Frelia and loyal to Innes.
 Thoughts-She's your best flyer. Out of the three she will get the
 job done.
Ending:
  Graceful Syrene
 Syrene continued as commander of Frelia's pegasus knights. Her grace
 and beauty in flight were the subject of many songs and paintings,
 and her popularity soared.

Paired Character Endings:

Eirika and Ephraim
 Busy days awaited Eirika and Ephraim as they struggled to rebuild
 Renais. Their work gave new hope to those ravaged by the war, and
 with Eirika's constant help, Ephraim grew to be a trusted and
 honorable king.

Eirika and Seth
 Upon their return to Renais, Eirika and Seth were wed, with the
 blessings of Ephraim and all of the Knights of Renais. The tale
 of the love that grew between a princess and her loyal knight
 became a beloved romance in Renais.

Eirika and Saleh
 After the war, Eirika and Saleh returned to their respective
 homes. Eirika visited Caer Pelyn when she could. Eventually, she
 left Renais in the care of her brother and wed Saleh. Their
 daughter resembles the legendary Nada Kuya.

Eirika and Tana
 Following the war, Tana and Eirika remained the best of friends.
 They visited one another when time permitted, and as they grew
 older, their children shared a bond of friendship as close as
 Eirika and Tana themselves did.

Eirika and Forde
 After the war, Eirika and Forde returned to Renais. Eirika spent
 her days toiling in the reconstruction of Renais, and he was her
 faithful supporter. His portrait of Eirika captured the smile he
 had thought lost forever.

Ephraim and Myrrh
 After the war, Ephraim returned to Renais and Myrrh to Darkling
 Woods. They both turned their attention to their respective duties
 but never forgot one another. Though Myrrh never again left
 Darkling Woods, Ephraim often visited her.

Ephraim and L'Arachel
 Ephraim and L'Arachel each returned home after the war, but
 L'Arachel visited Renais often. Over time, the two were wed.
 Their marriage threw Rausten into turmoil, but L'Arachel's
 self-centeredness carried the day.

Ephraim and Tana
 Once Renais was stable again, Ephraim and Tana were wed. Innes
 protested vocally, but when he saw how happy Tana was, he gave
 the marriage his blessings. Renais and Frelia are now bound by
 blood as well as friendship.

Seth and Natasha
 Natasha returned to Renais with Seth, where the two were wed. The
 reconstruction of Renais kept them busy, but when all the work was
 done, they settled down to live their days in peace and happiness.

Franz and Amelia
 Franz brought Amelia home with him to Renais. Amelia spent a short
 time in Renais's army, but once she and Franz were married, she
 retired her commission. The two had a aughter who grew to be a
 great knight herself.

Gilliam and Syrene
 Gilliam and Syrene returned to Frelia, where they were married.
 All agreed they were a perfect match, and their union was blessed
 by the crown and the order of knights. The two continued their
 unwavering service together.

Innes and Vanessa
 At Innes's request, Vanessa moved into Castle Frelia where she
 continued her duties as a knight of the realm. Thereafter, they
 had a child and lived happily with the blessing of all around them.

Forde and Vanessa
 Forde's love for Vanessa grew after the war, and although she
 loved him as well, she placed her duty to Frelia first. Undeterred,
 Forde moved to Frelia himself. Over time, the two were wed.

Garcia and Ross
 Father and son returned to Ide, where they toiled together to
 rebuild their village. Ross grew to become a greater warrior than
 even his father. When he himself had a son, that child continued
 his family's legacy.

Colm and Neimi
 The childhood friends became lovers first, then husband and wife.
 Worried for Neimi's well-being, Colm gave up his adventurer's ways.
 Neimi passed on her grandfather's skill in archery to her own
 son and daughter.

Artur and Lute
 Artur and Lute were married upon their return. Artur handled the
 housework, but otherwise, their lives were unchanged. When they had
 a son, Lute's interests shifted from studying Artur to studying
 her son's baffling habits.

Kyle and Lute
 After the war, Kyle and Lute were married in Renais. Kyle's friends
 were disturbed by his choice of brides, but they could not deny his
 happiness. Before long, they had a son, and Kyle dedicated himself
 to his upbringing.

Joshua and Natasha
 When Joshua returned to Jehanna, he took Natasha as his bride and
 claimed the throne as its rightful heir. Natasha was the perfect
 companion, and together, they carried the mighty desert nation to
 great glory.

Kyle and Forde
 Sometimes, the greatest friends also differ greatly in personality.
 When Kyle and Forde returned home, they were celebrated in song and
 story. They lived their days in happiness, as dearest friends and
 toughest rivals.

Cormag and Tana
 Cormag returned to Grado to assist in the reconstruction of his
 country. Shortly after, he left to wander on his own. Tana spent
 years looking for him. In time, she found him and knighted him in
 Frelia's service.

L'Arachel and Innes
 Stories tell of the sparks that flew between L'Arachel and Innes
 when they first met. As the love between them flourished, so too
 did the bond that united their two nations.

Gerik and Tethys
 Gerik and Tethys remained bound to no nation and beholden to no
 authority. They bought themselves a leisurely retirement. Gerik
 taught fencing to city youths, and Tethys found many stages on
 which to dance.

Gerik and Marisa
 Gerik remained a mercenary, and Marisa became his company's
 fencing instructor. Gerik returned the affection she gave him,
 although he was troubled to learn she was clumsy at everything but
 fighting.

Salah and Myrrh
 Myrrh returned to Darkling Woods, but at Saleh's request, she
 eventually moved to Caer Pelyn. In time, the townsfolk learned
 to treat her not as the Great Dragon but rather as a normal
 girl, and she was happy.

Saleh and Ewan
 Master and student returned to Caer Pelyn to study in peace.
 Ewan worked hard, and in time, his power grew to rival Saleh's.
 As equals, the two continued their studies together and expanded
 their knowledge ever more.

Joshua and Marisa
 Joshua returned to Jehanna with Marisa, where she pledged service
 to the crown and became the top swordfighter in the land. Joshua
 still loved games of chance, but when it came to Marisa, she was
 ever the winner.

L'Arachel and Dozla
 L'Arachel was, in time, made queen of Rausten, with Dozla at her
 side, as always. Later, Dozla wept like a baby when L'Arachel was
 wed. His emotional outburst is remembered as much as, if not more
 than, the ceremony itself.

Ross and Amelia
 Amelia traveled to Ross's hometown, where she decided to remain.
 Over time, the two fell in love and were wed. Years later they
 had a son who grew into a warrior. As he grew in skill and
 strength, he surpassed even his father.

Ewan and Amelia
 After the war, Ewan and Amelia set out, as promised, on a trip
 around the world. Their deeds along the way made small legends
 in the regions they visited. In time, Amelia gave birth to a
 daughter, and they settled down.

Gerik and Joshua
 After the war, Joshua challenged Gerik to a duel in hopes of
 pressing him to move to Jehanna. The match ended in a tie, but
 Gerik was impressed by Joshua's swagger. From that day forward,
 Gerik never left Joshua's side.

Syrene and Vanessa
 Sisters Syrene and Vanessa returned to Frelia after the war for a
 long-overdue talk. They talked of love and war, of friends now gone.
 Together, they renewed their bond as siblings and vowed never to let
 that bond fail.

Innes and Eirika
 After the reconstruction of Renais, Innes challenged Ephraim to a duel.
 The match ended in a tie. After the fight, Eirika acknowledged her love
 for Innes, and the two were wed with Ephraim's blessings.

Kyle and Syrene
 After the war, Kyle visited Frelia, where he was greeted with a warm
 reception by Syrene. After the two retired, they were wed. They raised
 a daughter whose skill in martial arts and etiquette excelled.

Duessel and Amelia
 Upon their return to Grado, Duessel reunited Amelia with her mother.
 The two wept with joy, giving thanks to Duessel. Afterward, Amelia became
 the most trusted companion of the man once known as Obsidian.

A: Yes. When your summoner levels up more, you get more chance for a
   stronger weapon.

Q: What are these "Super trainees" I heard about?
A: Super trainees are recruits, journeymen, or pupil promoted twice but
   still their normal class. Read the faq to see how to obtain them.

Q: What does a metis' tome do?
A: A metis' tome is a boosting item you get that increases
   all of your stat growths by 5%

Q: Is there a way to bring back dead chars?
A: Nope. If all their health is depleted, they are gone forever.

Q: Ive heard of secret chars. How do you get them?
A: Beat the game, go to extras, go to map, go to tower of Valni or
   Lagdou Ruins, and beat them.

Q: AHHH! My axe user with devil axe killed himself!
A: The devil axe has a chance to hurt the owner.

Q: How do you promote chars?
A: You need their respective promotion item, and the user has to be
   level 10 or higher. I suggest you train them to level 20, then
   promote them.

Q: Why?
A: They can get to their full power. If you promote at level ten,
   they will be weak and destroyed.

Q: Why can't I get my weapon level to S?
A: You can only get one S level, then everything else stops at A.

Q: Which is better? Assasin or Rougue? General or Great knight? Etc.
A: You decide.

Q: Wait, wheres Merlinus?
A: This is a dfferent continent, and the supply is basically your lord.

Q: What does a master Seal do?
A: Promotes anyone besides the lords and trainees.
