Complete the Ranking Tournament 1x.
Echizen Nanjirou:
Complete the Ranking Tournament 2x.
Sakuno:
Complete the Ranking Tournament 3x.
At the 'Title' screen press Up, Up, Down, Down, L, R, L, R, B, Select to unlock 'Max Guage Speed' in the 'Option' menu.
