I have beaten odion and after that duel we all go inside and odion is lying in bed and the evil marik comes in and uses his millenium rod to do something then I go to another room where Joey is with everyone else.
What do I do and how do I fight the next duelist!!! Please someone help me asap!!!!

guitarhero77 is wrong, Joey's in a coma. So, go to the 1st floor. If you look VERY closely to the right, you will see a opening, so go in. After the fight, you're to go in again, and then forced to duel within Kaiba Corp. Then, after you beat your opponent, defeat you final opponent (yes, I want to keep it as spoiler-free as I can).
