Put in this code at card shop: 51404976
Go to Egypt and talk to Marik.
After that he will be at Hall of Eternity.
I hope it helps.

I know this is a Old Post but you have to unlock the wing dragon of ra Phoenix mode by entering a password you can Google the password for it then talk to Marik in Egypt beware you do need a thousand Domino to enter the password but this does work and I play this game all the time
