It's in the wall you have to use a thunder clap or fire cracker to brake the wall then you find a sword and later on you fight a spider and then the sword is named sting.
If you are at the cave where gandalf gets his sword thars a sword next to you on the right go in front of it and set of a fire cracker as close as you can .
