Okay, Dude. Get your bow as strong as possible. Stay as close back to the far wall as possible so Julias doesn't attack you with that punch thing. Time it right when he turns red and isn't in the bubble shield and whatnot. Hit him square in the face, and he will be beaten soon.

this is if youre playing the hero.

first u need a high level on ur sword. next u need some gummi frogs. when julius is on the top of the screen use ur dash attack and it will do a very high critical hit. the amount it does and the number of gummi frogs u need depends on ur character stats and what level ur sword is. id say ud need 15 gummi frogs just to be safe.
also i would train ur light spirit to a high level so you can use the healing magic more efficiantly.
Anyway i beat him in 5-6 hits. i was over level 50. i had high stats in attack. and my sword level was fairly high.

i havent beaten him with the girl yet so idk about that sorry.
