Question for SpongeBob SquarePants: Revenge of the Flying Dutchman

I need help on the last level, on the boat. I only have normal bubbles and I need to get over a really tall wall that is blocking my path.

I also need to get to something that I can sort of see, but I can't get to it. There is nothing to use my normal bubbles with, and the boots don't jump high enough. There is nothing to jump on.

I am really confused. I been stuck in the same spot on that level forever.
