It's easy just get psychic type Pokemon or water type and cheak if you're Pokemon is all in lvl 100
To defeat draco you wont need Pokemon tyat are water or psychic.Draco s Pokemons are very strong and super effective don't do much damage,All that you need is many revive many potions and all pokemons must know 1 one-hit KO move
I put all legendaries Pokemon with full proteins(you can gain them for free(1gp) from battle frontier) and 5/6 knew one hit KO
I had luck and with 15 chances hit his 3 Pokemon and I win him
But you need many revives,and max revives.Max keep them for draco
Its ez I defeat draco you need 6 wobbuffet any level and use destiny bond
Use cheat to catch freiza goku4 and cell in wild give them rare candy and raise to level 100 take 3 more Pokemon in team and many max revive potions and elixirs
