Apparently it's one of the 4 (others being the main kalos/balance trio xerneas, yveltal, and zygarde) legendaries not available in glazed but is available in blaze glazed. In blaze glazed it can be found after defeating Mew in team fusion base. Scientist will have it in one of the rooms.
