Question for Pokemon Flora Sky

I was in route K and fought for the first time an aqua member. I lost for him and somehow was teleported to Ocepac town, which is an island.
I don't have any swim or teleport moves, the teleport service that stays at the side of the pokecenter isn't available, and I couldn't find any hacks to get out of there. Any ideas?
