How do I creat space in the BAG without deleting any items?

You cannot create space without deleting some items; you must get rid of some items in order to make more space in your Bag.

It's best to get rid of items (such as PokeBalls) that don't have much value/purpose to you.

You can save the item on your captured pokemon.
i did that and it save me lots of space thou.
Lastly, you may retrieve the item back in any Poke Central.

You sell the things you don't need, and if you have a LOT of Items you do need, sell half, and if you are trying to raise a pokemon's stats keep the item that raises the stat that you want to increase, and sell the others.
My winning inventory was
10 Revives
30 Ultra Balls
25 Timer Balls
20 Lemonade (Better than Soda pop and good to heal)
10 Revival herb (Cheaper alternative to max revives)
5 PRZ heal
5 Awakenings
10 Lava Cookies (To cure Infatuation and also cheaper than full heal)
10 Max Potion
10 Full Restore (SUPER expensive)
180 Leppa Berry
180 Sitrus Berry (make Pokemon hold, lasts 30 battles)
Amulet Coin (make Pokemon hold, DO I NEED TO EXPLAIN!?)
At least 8 TMS with 4 Status or moves that affect the user or field, and 4 Strong moves, like Focus Punch
