Altering Cave has many rare Pokemon inside it after an event (p.e. Growlithe). Without the event or a Gameshark you find only Zubat incide it.

The Altering Cave can be found at Route 103 after becoming the Pokémon League Champion (defeat the Elite 4). You can only find Zubat in it. However, by using Mystery Gift at a Wonder Spot hosted by Nintendo (chances are that will never happen) or by using a cheating engine, you get access to the following Pokemon:

- Aipom
- Houndour
- Mareep
- Pinepo
- Shuckle
- Smeargle
- Stuntler
- Teddiursa

Rather than doing that, go to the safari zone. There is a new area, which will have some of the Pokemon in the cave
