You can get it from Pokemon Firered or Leafgreen, but you need link cable to trade.

There are no other TM28's, if you lose it then you lose it.

Trapinch learns dig at level 41 and nincada learns dig at level 45. Don't let them evolve! Use an everstone if you want.

Don't let the trapinch evolve until it reaches lvl 41 to learn dig. But I don't think vibrava can learn it.

How to get sandshew lvl 10 ??
Guest answered:

If you don't want to level Pokemon, start over, or clone it you could always just take a heart scale to the collector and have him teach your Pokemon the move dig. He knows all the moves.

Guest answered:

You cannot get the tm dig in the game if you already used it once, but you can catch trapinch train it to lvl 41 and it will learn dig.

Guest answered:

Catch a trapinch from that sandstormy place and grow it to lvl. 41 when it learns dig naturally

This is what I've done when I lost my TM28 :
Go To Battle Frontier then go to the right side where you can find a surfing spot, then continue moving to right then go down and you can see a waterfall down there,But if there is Something Blocking your way like a wigly tree use the wailmer pail in your inventory then a sudowoodo will appear battle it or catch it cause it's the only sudowoodo in the game ,, then go down the waterfall then when you are down you will find a cave in the left side . Catch a SMEARGLE .smeargle have only 1 attack : Sketch after that .. Find a trainer that have a Pokemon that have a Dig Attack; after he used dig use the Sketch attack by smeargle then BOOM !! Youll get a Dig attack in your smeargle .. :D Note: Sketch can Copy Any Moves Like Sheer Cold,Fissure etc.. Smeargle's are very very common in that cave :(artisan cave)

HOPE This Works . Even it's long haha :D

The heart scale method is the easiest way.

Where can I second dig
Guest answered:

If my method were right you should be able to catch a sandshrew with dig in route 111 And I'm Not Lying

Guest answered:

Get a heart scale then go to fallabor town and go to the house beside the contests (right side) and teach your trapinch dig (Pokemon sapphire)

Guest answered:

I know everyone was really quick to just to say shandshrew and trapinch but diglett learns dig at like lvl 17
