Question for Mega Man Zero 4

Someone has to help me get into the hibernation chamber.

(Tell me where it is!!I don't even know!!)

I need to get a full database and I only need one more and it is in there.

(I read it in a walkthrough) So please please tell me where and how to get there or else........well..........I dunno.

But STILL!!!!!THINK OF THE CUSTOMERS!!!
