Track his appearances-shoot a quick Buster Shot to test if it was a feint or an attack. You can only hurt him if he is attacking you, making the task of hitting him with your saber risky. The Buster charged with his weakness, Thunder, is reccommended if you don't really know what you're doing in the close range. if you're an expert with the saber, either use the Thunder EX-Skill, or a charged shot. if you keep a clear head and keep tracking his moves, it shouldn't be as hard as before.
