Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

Well, head to End city, and into the building. Head to the top of the
Roof and plug in.
Remember this place? Yes, so confusing, head onto area 4, no more of
That ninja stuff, so annoying. Also, some of the viruses are in their
EX form here. Still nothing you can't handle.
Gyroman pops in at area 4, when you manage to find the pod.
You know the drill, battle routine set, execute!

WAT DOES THIS MEAN!!!!!!! I'M SOOOOOOOOOOOOO STUCK!!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!GIVE ME AN ANSWER THAT ISN'T THIS CONFUSING!!!!!!

It means go to end city and jack in at the top of the tower at the fish and go to area four and then you must fight gyroman to destroy the generator thingy.
