Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

Hey dudes

I am stuck in this ship and iam having protoman as my navi,and I want the passcode for the engine room could any one help me

Note: the hint that man told me was"Double 1 & nine too night makes eleven"
And I did not understand a thing from that hint

Plz help

I just finished that part the code is easy to understand.
Double one = 11
Nine too nights = 929
Makes eleven = 11
So the code is 1192911. Didn't I say it was simple.
