Hey I was wondering, whena do ya get proto soul?I'm on the part with meddy and I still don't have it!!!!!

You get it near the end of the game.

You have to continue playing the game until you go to the liberation mission and you will see dark protoman. Once you beat him you will have to continue the game to the part where you have to destroy all the servers and fight each of your teammates.(except protoman) Once you completed that go to undernet 4 all the way to the end and you will see a sequence and once you complete the sequence you will get the protosoul.

ProtoSoul is the last soul you get.
