OK. You and I aren't very different. I really want to tell you how to get a bass soul, but to my knowledge there isn't one. I reeeeeaaaaaallllly wish that there was. Let's hope there is one in the future though (hint, hint capcom).
There is actually a bass soul but you will need a codebreaker device for you gameboy advance contact me if you have one then ill give you the codes for it.
It very easy,
1. Buy a action replay
2. Input megaman battlenetwork 5 team protoman or colonel
3. The input code (M) a1722b2e, 3f1b0039, 1a32537e, 0de825eb or
(M) a1722b2e 3f1b0039 96695b7f 873db9ae for team colonel
4.then put in 63174C90 EF207664 FF88255C 6C2A1b40 for forte\bass soul

OR you could buy the japan version and use the cardin the box in a ereader.^^
