Best way would be to pump up your megabuster and always attck the Tiki statue behind him. And constantly attack him with chips. And when he goes into the air and starts spinning, advance to the column in front of you to avoid his attack

Use lots of fire type chips and watch the totem pole. White face means hp recovery, green means invincibilty and red means he's going to attack.
