Question for Mega Man Battle Network 5: Team Protoman

It may b a glitch but..
At the oran isle I receive a mail from chaud which has to be read out of mayl's and yai's site but unfortunately the mail is not in the email menu!
Plz.. Plz.. Tell me what to do now?!

It isn't a glitch it happened to me too but this is an opinion.
