Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 White

I talked to the yellow navi,that is pacing, at sci lab square and he says that he hoped that the final preliminary match was there.Am I talking to the right navi and if I am is there somthing I need to do before. If I am not who do I need to talk to?

If your talking about the N1Preliminarys and you have to find a yellow square....no thats not the navi. Go to Scilabsqr and go to where the shortcut is and talk to the girl navi and she'll be sad about loseing a LongSwrdE, well give her the chip and then she'll talk how she was acting and give you Yokapass. Go to Cibertrain and go to yokasqr and go to the bottom and talk to the navi.
