Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 White

I have Megaman Battle Network 3 White, if it matters, and cannot find the iceball M.

I am supposed to give the boy to seal our friendship.

Could you tell me where i can get the Iceball M?

Go to beach Square and find the Navi that sells the Programs. Buy the "Fish" Program. Equip "Fish" and go to Hades Isle. You will eventually fight those cannons, but with Ice attacks! After getting the chip go back to the Hospital and give the boy the chip! He will then accept the operation!

Find the Hard Heads in Hades Isle and they'll give you those chips.
