I think you find him randomly in Yoka 1.

Actually, flameman's V3 is in yoka 1, V2 though I have no clue. I'll get back to you on that one.

FlameMan V2 was somewhere in Undernet 4, 5, 6, or 7(I believe it's 4). It would be in one of the corners. FlameMan V3 is found randomly in Yoka 2.

Flamman v2 is at undernet 4 near a dead end(sorry I can't be more specific.)Flamman v3 is at yoka 1 and he appaers randomly.
