I am not so sure about v4 navi chips, unless it involves getting a "s" battle on a v3 navi. V5's are giga chips that omega navis drop.
V4 chips you need to defeat there V3 with a "S" while having Team Style equiped
V5 you need to beat there Omega version
V4 chips are dropped by defeating the v3 in under 20 seconds in team style
