From Undernet 1, take the 4th ramp down and then the belt to the right.
You should then be in Undernet 2 if you go through the arrow.
In Undernet 2, go past the navi and use the teleporter.
Go down the ramp and you'll be in Undernet 1. Go around and go back in Undernet 2.
Go down the path you see and you'll be in Undernet 3.
To the left. (It'd be easier if you come to the forums. There I can tell you step by step.)
