Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 White

How do I beat bass when im at the www base and I got great mega chips like rollv3 and gutsmanv2 and flashman and bubbleman and kingman and what is pyro mode? and is there a way to keep his shield thingy of becouse I keep destroying his shield and it keeps poping back up in 2 secends.

Pyro mode is when you shoot a flamethrower. Paralyze it with a bunny and then attack it.
