The quiz queen is in hospital floor 3. Flamman v2 is in under 5 at dead end near portal. Flamman v3 appears randomly in beach 1.

Alright now to get the code get oil body which is in one of the hospital comps,and go around yoka 1 or 2 where the water heater thing is and you might run into flameman V3 OR V4 can't remember,and beat him and you will get the key.try to use loc enemy if you can't beat him.
