Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

Hi. I have two questions:

1)I'm currently doing the "Will you Deliver?" job at Sci-Lab and don't where to go from the TV Station.

2)When I press L my Navi says-Rank 10 is "where the evil fall"...? Where could that be?-Does anyone know where I have to go. Its in the part where you get BlckMind to create an evil disguise for the Undernet.

Ok I know where the 10 ranking navi is. Hes in hades, first get on the ferry then go in the cave. Jack in where you had to get the victdatas. Explore in there and you will see him. Hes going to be pretty obvious. Sorry that I can't answer your other question! I'll try to though ok.
