Where do you find Bass GS?I gave the trader the 300 bug frags but he is not replaced with Bass.

First it's not replaced at all and second you must beat navi ranked #1 and feed it 300 bugfrags.After you do so stand next to the bugfrag trader on the left side and then Bass will apear.Bass will have no memory of what happened with the Alpha situation and he will have 2000 HP as well as a Life Aura so you will have to have battle chips with attacks of 200 or more.Bass will also have more attacks this time around so be careful.

But what I've learned you have to leave the area and go back or leave the internet completely and trek ure way back (its what I had to do ^_^ )
