Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

I have a problem I need to find 3 bad navis in the tv station. First navi was in the DNN van, second was in the computer where players battle I need to find the third navi this job was from Tora I take it from sci-lab. I searched every were but I couldnt find him


Please help me.
