Question for Mega Man Battle Network 3 Blue

In Undernet 7, at the top of the stairs when you give 50 bugfrags to the virus, there is a flashing door that says:

"This door will only open to the truly strong!"

How do you open it???

Please tell me!!!

The only way to open that door is to bet Seranade and BassGS at the Secretnet.
