Go to SciLab's Job BBS and look for the job "Help with rehab". Accept it, and go to the TV in the Hospital Lobby. Save the game and find a Navi who challenges you to beat a series of Omega viruses. If you can beat them all, you will get the NaviCust program: Humor (find a jack in the inn's hot spring, talk to a Navi in Yoka 2 and get Team 1*), and the Key Item: WWW-ID. Find as much skull doors as you can, and use WWW-ID on them. The skull doors shall open, and you will obtain some rare chips and NaviCust programs!!!
