How do you compress yourself? Please tell me I've been looking for awhile?

You get the Navicust program Press but I don't remember where.

You get it by going to SciLab at your dad's floor... Jack in the computer and talk to a program, he'll think you're an intruder and attack you... Beat the viruses to get "PressData" from the program...

This is a story item - when you chase Bubble Man to a narrow bridge, you will need to find the Press Data which is in the upstairs SciLab computer. Bring it to Higsby who will not understand then leave the house to find a man who can convert it into a Navi Customizer program. Install the program, following the instructions for placing NaviCust programs, then return to the bridge where you will automatically compress to fit on it.
