Darkman v3 is in undernet 6. You have to have a bug to find him, though. I recommend the hub.bat bug or sneakrun bug.
Japanman v3 is in the armor in the first room of the yoka inn. I think you need sneakrun, but I'm not sure.
The time trials are in secret area 3 near where serenade was.
