First you have to go to sci-lab square and then talk to the yellow navi then you hav 2 find longsword e s (try but I don't know how to get it) then he will give you a yokapass for the cyber metro thats where they are hope I helped.

It is back at the radio station but you have to find Chaud. He is on the edge of the Beach.
