Where do I find Swordy Omega???

I have had this game for a while and I was wondering where I find swordy omega? I know he likes broken things and I still can't find him. Thanx in advance.

I checked every panel north, west, and north-west inside the alarm comp behind the canda page in Zoo area 2 of Yoka, but cannot locate or encounter Swordy O, (OMEGA) yet. I already captured the Swordy 1, 2, & 3 virus as well as returned to Scilab to retrieve their Data Chip for battle. However, I am still not encountering the Omega version. Could this be, because I have to feed bugfrags to the other versions and max their stats out before the omega version will become available?
