well...i think find the key maker and he will say here or somthing like that and give you gatecardD

nevermind my other answer.you go to nepotia square and talk to the pink/purpule navi(the key maker)and he will sayyou want a key?to were?den area?ok i think i can make one hold on a sec.clang clang.and then the game will say megaman got gatecardD

But when i go to koto square the gate always say "members only"
