well i dont know how to ecspain it but your grandchild can just hold down the l button and us the arrow pad to look around the room to see how to get to the door.how you find the door.good luck!!!!!!!!!!!

You hold down the L button and scroll around with the arrow pad at the same time. The door is near the top left corner. Good luck!!!!
