I reached the part of level 8 where you face Rowena. I don't know how to get past her. I have tried using all different shoes, but none of them work. I am standing right next to Rowena but can't figure out how to hurt her. Does anyone else? Please help.

In that part of the game you have to use the green dress with the butterfly catcher, just stand in front of her or move using the butterfly catcher, try to give back to Rowena the dust, You are going to fall several time but go up again in front of her and keep moving the butterfly catcher
