For Yellow Comet, you need to get the map to the lab by capturing one of the properties to the far left with Sonja in the Show Stopper level. (not sure on the names, but I'm 100% sure it's the level where she takes out Adder's fort).

In Green Earth, Capture the city in the small island to the left of the map in the Sinking Feeling level (unsure on name) with Jess, where you have to sink all the Battleships.
