In Pokemon Emerald you can get BOTH Groudon AND Kyogre. To get them you need to have beaten the elite4 (wich is the Pokemon league). Now, you might be wondering how I know this, well, this is because I have Pokemon Emerald.( I bought it from Japan and i can read, speak and write Japanese) Anyway after you have beaten the elite4 your dad will be at home and give you a boat ticket. (Now you can ride the boat) And the tv will broadcast about a super-rare pokemon. And you get a choice of blue (Latios) or red (Latias). OK now to catch Groudon and Kyogre, go to the weather station s/w of fortree city.

Go to the top floor and talk to the 'weather man'. He will say _______________ route______ go to the route he said and there should be a cave or diving place that was not there before there will be either Groudon or Kyogre. Catch it then bo to the weather station again and he will say another route. Go to it. There will be the one you did not catch before.

P.S Bring about 50 Ultra balls and 20 Timer balls.
