No matter if you have a Pokëmon that knows SURF or not, you will wind up on water. Go up north. You should be on land that only has 10 squares. This is the only place in the WHOLE ENTIRE game where you can get the VERY rare Pokëmon, Bagon. NOTE: Please have either the "Walk Through Walls" cheat or a Pokëmon that knows SURF. If you don't, you're stuck there! NOTE 2: for each Bagon you plan to catch, have 5 Ultra Balls. Even if you use FALSE SWIPE to no extent, AND give it a status problem, it's still unlikely you will catch it. (AFTER you do the things above, it still has a 55% chance of escaping) NOTE 3: You can find Bagon at lv.s 25, 30, or 35.
