You need to have a ditto for this to work.Place starter Pokemon and ditto in daycare.Leave daycare and use mach bike and bike around for a while.Go back to daycare and the old man should be out of fence and he will tell you if you want the egg.If you say yes,when it hatches it will be Your Starter Pokemon.
