When you dive go to a underwater cave. I think when you press b you should be asked to go up if not it's a.anyway go in and out and press a or b while you move it should glitch and ask you in the middle say yes and go up you should be on a rock if not try a different cave.
CATION ; YOU MUST HAVE FLY OR you WILL BE STUCK!!!!!
