I have 29 unlocked and I'm at 96 percent I believe so about 30 |

Nevermind. You get ninja info cards by beating 1 player mode with every character. For example, if you beat one player mode with Sasuke, his nija info card appears in the shop. You can see who you need by going to the Ninja info card section. Big suprise. |

As far as known by me, there are only 30 in the story mode. If there is a 31, I will look for it, but until then, I know of no number thirty-one. |
