To access the platinum medal objectives, you need to get gold on the level, and you also need to complete the level on the 00 agent difficulty. You can tell if this is done as it will say underneath the level picture 'Platinum objective unlocked for 00 agents'. Now you have to do the level on the 00 agent difficulty again, and at some point in the level a platinum meter will appear in the corner of the screen. It might have a timer on it, meaning you have to finish before that time runs out, or it may have something different on it. You can pause the game and it should come up on the objectives list what you have to do to receive platinum. Hope this helps.

You might have unlocked something , if not just try to load and press continue just move one after the level.

Try to complete the level in a certain time frame or as I have done just keep on playing through the levels and hardly losing any of yours or your team mates lives
